Had another rental company cancel my order the day before a wedding I had to film. Rule had everything I needed and ready within an hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get me out of the worst situation a videographer can be in. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

The staff here are great. I rented a camera to fill my sisters wedding and I am a total noob. They were very helpful in getting me the right equipment and accommodating pick up and drop off. Highly recommend.
