I’ve been seeing Yelena for 25 years and now travel 3 hours for my quarterly facials and waxing. She’s that good. Not a traditional spa experience, more medical in nature, but I credit Yelena when people tell me, regularly, that my skin doesn’t look my age. Online booking easy and service friendly.

I had a terrible experience at Newton Highlight. I tested positive for Covid today and was in the hospital this morning due to my severe respiratory condition. Despite having proof of my illness, the lady at the front desk insisted that Covid wasn't serious and that I should still attend my appointment. They didn't offer to reschedule the appointment but instead charged me 50% to my credit card without my consent or any signed agreement. I can't believe the insensitivity of the staff. I hope this situation gets resolved. The only thing that I want is reschedule the appointment!

Frankie is the best!! I have really thick, corse, curly hair and he does not hesitate or bat an eye. Greets me at the door, right on time and makes me relaxed and comfortable, and we talk about all the things while he works his magic!
I trust him with the right products in my hair and suggestions to buy and bring home. This time he suggested a heat protector when I straighten my hair on my own and the right “gel” to try when I want to rock my curls.
New Cut today and it feels great, refreshed and ready new season!
Thank you Frankie, I will be back!
