I visited Splendid today and was blown away with how kind and helpful all staff members were. In particular, Myriam is a gem. It’s refreshing to go into a store and be met with kindness and folks who are happy doing their work. Thank you foe the top notch experience!

I bought some joggers and a hoodie from this store today, and they are so comfy I am tempted to take an Uber back before they close and buy more! The fabric is so soft and such a perfect weight. Warm but not enough to make me hot! I just bought some loungewear in other stores and it's nice, but I kind of wish I had waited and bought more at Spendid! The clothes are also perfectly fine fir wearing outside the house. Not cheap, but I think they will be a great investment!

I want to shout out as loudly as possible here- A stellar experience from phone to shopping experience. Alissa and her associate (sorry-did not get your name!) were just as wonderful as you could ever ask. Helpful, but not in my face. Honest and truly magnetic. Both were high energy and really knew their stuff. Sales as it should be, but hardly ever is. You are both really stellar saleswomen. Splendid is very lucky to have you. Thank you and that was hundreds of dollars very well spent!!! I will bring my dalmatian puppy in the spring!

Your glitchy website and customer service are so abysmal I will no longer even shop in your stores. I will not support a company who cares so little for their customers.

We have been Splendid customers for years and have purchased items in several stores and on line. We had a nice shopping experience at Splendid Chestnut Hill today. Staff very pleasant and helpful with sincere feedback and recommendations.
