I absolutely love the selections in this TJmaxx!
I DO NOT LIKE the behavior of the FT employee who oversees the Runway section. I know her name but I’m going to spare her this time.
You have no right to judge people based on their appearance when you see them buying designer items.
I’ve purchased a few pieces at this location that cost over 2k. My first experience with this “Runway” attendant is she brought the bag to the register and she stood there and watched my entire transaction. She did not go back to her dept. she stood behind my cashier and waited until my purchase was complete.
When I made my second purchase she asked me questions that were not necessary. Her questions were intrusive.
What she FAILS to do is share information on product deliveries and special events. Or even ask buyers if they are looking for anything special.
I urge the manager of this store to find someone else who is excited about helping consumers get the designer items they’re looking for, she is not it!

Hello. I bought 2 bags from you this evening. But your employee behaved disgustingly and defiantly. She led me to the checkout like a thief, holding these bags in her hands. This employee of your store held the bags in her hands, and then threw them away with such anger. As if I was guilty of wanting to buy them. And then your store employee behaved even worse. This incident occurred on 11/18/2024 at 18:18 pm. Please punish her, or I will go with a complaint about the poor work of your store. Thank you

This is probably the best TJ Max I've been to in terms of products and clothes. Something for every price point, always a hit (never a miss).
I would give this 5 stars except a worker named Yildez S was totally rude to my mom yesterday. My mom was looking at a rack with her cart next to her when Yildez tried to pass through her. My mom said sorry & went to move right away to let her pass. Rather than saying excuse me or letting her finish moving the cart, Yildez pushed my mom's cart veery rudely/unnecessarily out of her way and shot her the meanest look. When I commented saying it wasn’t cool to push my mom, she then rolled her eyes at me/scowled. We left after this.
Listen; This is a busy store with tiny aisles, too much merchandise for the space. And the carts are way too big to fit anywhere. People are going to be in each others way, be nice about it. Don’t push people out of the way and scowl at them.

Store is so small, most aisles you can't get their small carriage down. Someone in a wheelchair could not shop there.
Way too much merchandise for the space.Had an associate follow and talk to me for about 2 minutes. I love TJMAXX, just not this store. 1 and done!

The designer department has an all dressed up nauseating salesperson who just kibbitzes with only designer dressed customers, ignoring anyone and everyone else. Why is she not working at Neiman Marcus or the like if she wants to be a snob? They probably would not hire her.

“ Large Selection of named brand stuff for cheap , just needs a bit more professionalism “
So the place has a large selection of name brand stuff and good quality merchandise. Unfortunately the staff gets in the way when you’re looking for things . They reach over and put things away , while you’re looking 👀 to buy stuff . I never seen staff members in any other store do that , it’s so off putting . Plus a bit uncomfortable when shopping 🛒. If they could be more discreet. If the store manager trains the staff to be a bit more professional. The shopping experience will improve . Also the staff is not well informed of where anything is and the store is not that big . I asked two different staff members where something was . They said they didn’t know .

Store has a nice selection but most of the employees are a bit rude. Some will not acknowledge you, which is ok, but they will physically be in your space while you're looking through the rack to sort items. One actually reached past me and grabbed something. I thought it was another customer, but I noticed she had a TJ Maxx lanyard and employee id. If their intention was to turn me off from the store and not come back, congratulation it worked.

Great experience at the check out!! I had a return and bought something. The store in the front seemed to not have a nice flow. It’s fixture in my view seems lot. The summer collections were really nice???

I received bad service at the cashier because I don't speak English, the cashier girl offered me a credit card signature so I accepted and then she called another attendant to explain it to me so I said I didn't speak English well and took out my cell phone to translate and when she saw that I didn't speak English she told another attendant to complete the purchase and didn't even give me any satisfaction and that was very embarrassing because there were several people watching this sena so I hope you take action about it

The fitting room in this place is horrible. The ladies worked there did not even care to inform a customer if a room is in use. I went into the first room with a wide open door with the fitting room lady right there watching (she didn’t tell me the room was occupied). I thought the messy clothes on the bench were unwanted items. There is no purse or any other obvious personal items. I was in there changing and someone knocked at the door. After responding that I’m using the room, someone picked the lock with a pair of scissors and budged into my room when I was not fully dressed. I immediately locked the room back up because I was not properly dressed, and she has a pair of scissor in her hands. 2 minutes later, the fitting room lady came and knocked my door. I told her that I need to change back into my own clothes and she rushed me to get out. I called the police immediately after I came out, and learnt that the scary customer got the pair of scissors from the fitting room lady. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. The security guys there are helpful and nice. But I will strongly recommend to stay away from that store’s fitting room.

One of my favorite tj maxx. The center and aisles are tidy. There is no parking problem. The staff are friendly and helpful
