Newtons TJ maxx is so far the cleanest and probably the best TJ Maxx I’ve been to! I always find some thing to buy there. The runway section is pretty huge! This location has the biggest luxury bags section ?

Even though I was a little bit disappointed about zero women's scarves being available due to our '22/'23 Winter merchandise being cleared out, hey at least I brought myself two wonderful pairs of spandex pants for my new Front End ASSOC job @ S/S in Watertown (i.e. Dark Green & Black, respectively). Hooray for myself! Whew!Beth

Compared to most TJX stores, this is one of the better locations. They have a wide size range and The Runway, which sells designer items. The prices are affordable and the makeup and skincare is great. The only thing is, the clothing does not last a long time and is sometimes not the best quality. If you need a quick gift or a few trendy items I highly recommend this store.

I love this place. Great for shopping famous brands for less. A good variety of clothing, cosmetics, pet supplies and household goods and more.

I have been going there since they opened! The clothing selection is focused on small sizes and teens! My husband is 6 feet 2 and can never find his size in any of the stores! Who ever is the buyer for larger woman should be ashamed! The items make woman look frumpy and no young plus size young girl would be caught dead in these items! Boring handbags! And if you want a designer bag you have to track someone down! The cashier did not know how to ring up my designer wallet! The store list $400 dollar sale! The manager tried to shush me when I told him I needed to go! Only skinny twigs should shop there!

I was looking for a TJ's store that that had a lot of different options, from affordable to high end, and the Newton location definitely fit the bill. I love the Runway section up front that has a great variety of high end designers. I only wish they had a larger designer shoe and handbag section. I think my favorite part any this location as opposed to others is how large and organized their beauty section is. It was such an enjoyable area to shop when it's usually a headache sifting through the messy, unorganized shelves in other locations. There was a nice selection of brands in the handbag section, but inventory seemed to be lacking overall bagwise. The home section is set up very strangely, sort of stuck in the back and corners of the store and it's a bit hard to navigate. There were candles in 3 different areas of the home section. The bath and bedding section was lacking in inventory, as was the men's grooming and under garments area. I attribute this to supply chain issues and not the store itself, though. There were many staff on the floor and at the registers, making the wait time at checkout very minimal. The store is clean, organized, brightly lit and easy to shop. I haven't spent much money at a TJ's in awhile, but I spent much more here than I expected due to how many nice items I found. I will definitely be back!
