I went to this UPS (bypassing one closer to home) because of the excellent reviews. It didn’t disappoint. Tom, in particular, was very helpful in figuring out the best way to get my art piece to the UK. He wrapped it beautifully and securely. I went back again with another package today! Highly recommend.

The owner promptly refunded me when UPS delivered my overnight package. I paid $50 for overnight by 12noon Tuesday. My package arrived 12noon Wednesday.
This is my second issue with UPS corporate. In both cases the UPS store owner was helpful any way they could.
Last time (from a different UPS store) my package was lost (a passport), causing a significant problem with our foreign travel. I’m not sure I trust UPS corporate anymore. But the UPS store owners try to be helpful.

Tom's customer service is absolutely amazing! He's always so friendly and comes up with positive solutions. Today, he even came to my vehicle to check a package for me, which was such a huge time-saver! Plus, I love that he's available by text—it really helps save both time and money. Best customer service experience !! The man working today showed me how to use the printers so that I can quickly come in to print anytime. Not just that, he helped tape up my package and offered to post it for me, even though it was a USPS prepaid stamp package. Super kind and thoughtful. Made my day easier.

Helped me in ways no other print shop could have. I had a weird request of wanting printing on A4 from custom paper for a menu I had spent weeks designing. I had been to 3 other shops multiple times and couldn't get it done. The menu looked absolutely beautiful by the end. Saved the day. Thank you everyone here ❤️

I don't typically write reviews, but the service I just received at the UPS store on Walnut St in Newtonville was absolutely unbelievable.
I needed to mail 2 packages and one was rather large and came out to be A LOT of money to ship. Before I even said anything, Mike immediately started figuring ways that I could save money on this- including him taking extra time to cut down the box which pretty significantly also cut down the price.
Between Tom and Mike, my experience at this store was so pleasant that I will absolutely return for any and all future shipping needs.

This is the best UPS store I've ever been to. Customer service is genuine and just at another level compared to any other UPS store I've ever been to. They have an perfect 5 star rating on Google which is incredible for any business, but specifically for a UPS store an even bigger challenge - look at ratings of stores in the area, they don't come close. This is for good reason, and completely deserved. I drive out of my way to come to this store, even though there is one closer to me in Brighton.
