I did not have service done here but I don't think there would be any issues. This morning my license plate fell off in the back and I pulled into this establishment to see if they would help me out. Without hesitation they had me pull into the vehicle bay and swapped my front LP to the back so I wouldn't get pulled over. Great people here!

Got a oil change from Valvoline last year just did it again today myself and I look and see that my old aftermarket oil filter was still in my vehicle and Valvoline did not change it when they did my oil change. I have a Mercedes so the oil filter is on the top. It looks like they just drained it and refilled it. Not good…

I sent my girlfriend here to get the coolant of her car checked and filled and they lied to her about the levels, and claimed she can't get out of the car to show her. I checked before she left and it was very clearly below the low line.I would give a 0 out of 5 for dishonest service. I guarantee that they've lied to other customers out of convenience for themselves as well. Stay away from here unless you want to get ripped off.

It’s been two weeks since I filed a complaint with corporate. CS0689640. They haven’t called me back once despite four phone calls from me. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed from when they made me change my own cabin filter because Justin, the “service technician” didn’t know how. Then Justin pulled the dipstick out of my running Volkswagen but of course he didn’t understand that you couldn’t do that either.So now instead of reimbursing me a measly $200 bucks, they get to deal with the attorney general! Way to go, Valvoline! Response from owner incoming I bet!

Went for a quick oil change. Nice guys but they messed up my tire pressure. Left two tires measured at 37 PSI and my right two 31 PSI (they told me 35 was recommended)

We switched to Valvoline from Jiffy years ago because we always felt pressured to buy more services at Jiffy even though we didnt want and didn't think there was a need to. At Valvoline, there's no pressure. More importantly is their willingness to take responsibility if something isn't right. In July, we had our oil changed and the mechanic didn't put the undercarriage cowel back in place properly. While on an out of state trip a couple of weeks later the cowel began to hang down and rub the street. Upon returning home we went straight to the manager, who took responsibility for the error, bought a new undercarriage cowel, and replaced it free of charge. Great work. Thanks. Well continue to be loyal customers.it began to hang down.

**Long Review**I was visiting Boston and realized I needed an oil change before heading home later this week. I have a 2021 vehicle with no prior issues but unfortunately now I have a slue of issues after this service.I came here after using Valvoline services for the past year, and always had a good experience.I had used Jiffy Lube prior to this oil change, and Jiffy Lube had put a sealant (a standard jiffy lube practice apparently) to make sure no oil leaked out. After an initial assessment the Valvoline personnel stated that they could not change the oil because they were afraid to ruin the access point at the bottom of the oil tank, and feared they would cause more damage to the car and recommended I take the car to an actual dealership.On my way home I started to smell burning oil through my air conditioner. I pulled over to the side and walked back to Valvoline and asked the same people that worked on my car to make sure that everything was fastened and the car was ok to drive. They assured me that everything was fine to drive and I would be ok as long as I get to the dealership.As soon as I got home, I decided to check under the hood myself (I have no car experience). But I did realize that Valvoline left the cap off of the oil tank, and consequently, the oil tank sprayed oil all over the engine, the battery, the exhaust, the sound insulator, etc.After realizing this, I called Valvoline and explained what I found and they hung up on me. I called back again and finally got in contact with an employee, Larry. Larry stated that I should drive the car back to Valvoline so they can clean out the engine. I had spoken to several mechanic friends prior to this conversation who told me to not drive the car because the engine was covered in oil and it was a fire hazard especially in stop/start traffic.After a lot of resistance, Larry stated that he would come and de-grease the engine so I could safely make it to the dealership the next day. True to his word he came to the house and degreased the engine, but gave us no information on how to file a claim through Valvoline and no apology for the inconvenience of the entire situation.I understand mistakes happen, but this was a huge one and without a proper apology, or owning up to a mistake, I was left feeling very upset.I will never use Valvoline or Jiffy Lube again and I’m planning on filing through Valvoline to cover all of the damage done to my engine and car due to the negligence. Hope this review helps anyone who needs it.

I was there less than 15 minutes. No wait time and they explained oil change options, replaced my rear wiper blade, showed me how to find a coupon online, and even peeled old stickers off my windshield.

I like that you can buy certain parts from them and they can install it in your car for you directly, but sometimes they can't do it.And when you call in advance, the receptionist tells you it can be done, but when you go inside, they tell you it can't and refuse to do so even if you negotiate to pay the full price no matter. Are they afraid of some kind of law suits or just worried about not making money? Also, too dang expensive here. Better go somewhere else like jiffy lube. It all depends on luck and who's working there at the moment to be generous for you. Half the crew are incompetent and rude. Now you know why I gave them 2 stars.

Best experience here. Usually in other valvolines I experience annoying men just being rude but today I had a great experience. Jaque helped me, he was very kind, very helpful and did exactly what we asked! 10/10 customer service from Jaque I hope the rest of the employees are this great!
