Their ID machine often doesn't work for out of state IDs, specifically TN and NH in our case. Very rude staff, go literally anywhere else. They let us taste wine (after checking our IDs), then refused to sell us alcohol because their machine is broken (we are all over 21). If they think we're underage then they gave alcohol to minors. If they don't then they refused to sell because their machine is broken.

They ruined my day. All my family wanted was a decent bottle of wine to properly honor my family member at their Shiva. My daughter was playing outside on the electric scooter and because she was underage they would not let us buy a bottle of wine. I understand not selling to underage, I agree with following the law. I don’t understand not selling to legal age adults.

This place is absolutely horrible, stay away! Staff are incredibly inconsiderate, rude, and frankly made me and my party uncomfortable. I have had several awful experiences and today decided I will never be coming back. STAY AWAY

Sigh. Unfortunately every time me and my wife come here the lady at self check out always accuses us of stealing something. I fully understand businesses making sure there is no shoplifting, but they’re always very rude about it. tonight It was a different lady, but still accused us and then went back in the machine as we started walking away to make sure we paid for the item. I believe we will have to start going to market basket where they are kind helpful and friendly.

Worst experience ever, a women worker harassed us since the moment we entered the store. Asking for ID even to use their bathroom. she didn’t even showed the cx service manners saying good morning, another worker was helping us finding some drinks and guiding us to the bathroom but she was so Nasty, she approached us and decided to speak to us as if we were some kind of delinquents. I had my 4yrs old son with me and she stated that EVEN to used their BATHROOM WE need it an ID. Everybody, need it an ID. She was RACIST. And I would like to make a report about this.

Yeah..like he said! I think we were profiled. This guy, the Manager of the store seemed to not like the way we looked so he used his sad little position of authority to...ehhahhem...give us a hard time.

On June 21 2024 I made the mistake of shopping at this store
I'm 59, I was carded and realized my license had expired. My friend who is 57 and had a valid licence was not allowed to purchase our beer since he was standing next to me who am obviously of age and had several other valid forms of id.
We asked to speak to the manager and the unpleasant little man claimed to be the manager.
Needless to say we'll be spending our money elsewhere .

Friday 6pm 3/10 manager is very rude, aggressive, and offered no consolation for my grievance. Not once did he say anything to the likes of sorry for your inconvenience, never said sorry once. I would recommend shopping at local liquor and grocery stores instead.

The prices are simply the best I have found in the area. Can get a handle of Jim beam for the same price a 750ml would cost elsewhere. But the checkout experience isn't always fast or friendly. Usually only one open and the line can grow pretty quickly. Wouldn't make this my goto if it weren't for the ridiculously cheap prices. Tons to choose from, too

They have a very large selection of all types of liquor, but I’ve never seen more than one register open at a time and there’s always a long line.

Love coming to this place, not only for the wine, but also for the in house restaurant. The Wegmans Wine, Liquor & Beer to none. Great to bring the whole family.
