“I was checking out with a couple buddies of mine and we happened to be in the checkout lane of a young man named Avery Orlando. Avery was such a nice kid and was swift with our checkout process. He greeted us with a charming smile and asked about how we were doing. It almost felt like I was having a conversation with a long time friend. I think that Avery deserves a big time raise for the environment that he had provided us. We have the young man a gracious tip along with an Arizona for the young and hardworking man. Amazing, 11/10 service”

“Stopped in to just get a mid-day coffee and roll. Ended up walking past the deli, big mistake;). . We had a turkey sammie made on multi-grain bread. I wish I could have weighed the sammie, it was huge. Enough for my wife I to share. . . They have a great selection of meats and cheeses, hot meals and salads. When in Boston again we will surely stop here and eat.. . They have nice seating section as well.”

“This location has always been really great with customers but I had the best experience with Aly Keita. If you stop by or plan to stop by this location I highly recommend that you request him. He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. (Don't waste your time at other locations I would say if you can just go directly to him to not deal with the hassle or attitudes at other branches)”

“After years of frustration dealing with another large bank, I finally decided to check out some other options and I'm so glad I did. Sofi and Jonathan were excellent! They managed to make going to the bank fun and enjoyable instead of a frustrating errand. They were both extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and figure out what I needed and what would work best for me. I felt like they were being honest and upfront, and not just trying to upsell me on services that I didn't need/weren't in my best interest.
