Sold my car to Carvana on 9/15/25. The process was straight forward. Answered the questions honestly and uploaded all required documents prior to the appointment. We worked with Eric and the process took about 15-20 minutes ... could not be happier. After the appointment even received an email reminding me to cancel my insurance and registration. Thank You!

Had a terrible experience with this company. After giving us an offer, the found a small paint chip on my car and refused to take the vehicle at all. The next day we went to Carmax and they offered us even more money with a better experience. Don’t waste your time on this unprofessional, sketchy company.

My experience with the Carvana Call Center was NOT GOOD AT ALL, because at the last minute (after already receiving an email congratulating me on picking up my car the next day) my appointment for pickup was canceled; the NIGHT BEFORE I was due to get it. The reason given is that I signed the RTA form and needed to do that in the presence of the a Carvana rep.
Even though I was able to get another insurance-stamped copy of the RTA form sent over early on the morning of pickup day, I was told I would have to wait 2 days for the next available appointment. Even though my car was sitting at the Norfolk, MA Carvana Pickup Station.
I decided to go there in person anyway, since the Call Center Reps were of NO HELP. This is when I met GM Audrey Marano and her AMAZING team that went THE EXTRA MILE to help me leave with my BMW X5 that afternoon. Corey Jones Cole was my customer advocate and walked me through the entire process, down to signing the final documents. Jimmy Ford sent RTA emails back and forth with Geico to get weekday we needed and he also detailed my car before I left. Rasheem Miles gave me additional info as to how Carvana works and advised me how to have Enterprise pickup my rental car. Mike Jones Cole inspected my car when I noticed a problem with the Infotainment display. Audrey circles back at the end to make sure everything was buttoned up, all my questions were answered and congratulate me on my new car. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
It's because of the HUMAN EXPERIENCE that the CARVANA NORFOLK team provided that I'm writing this review and would recommend Carvana. They didn't just say, "Sorry, the computer does let me do this or that." like the Call Center did. They stepped up, found solutions when we hit roadblocks and did it all while being patient and very personable.
GIVE THIS ENTIRE TEAM A RAISE because had it not been for them, I was prepared to cancel my order and purchase a car elsewhere.

Corey was amazing and I would recommending promoting him in an instant! His customer service skills excelled! After being told the registry couldn't process the title as expected on the day of delivery he really went to bat for me and got the car brought back same day and with the registration all set! I had called the service center who had no idea of any of the issues so they weren't helpful at all and said I'd have to reschedule delivery for another day! Corey is the best!

This place was wonderful when I picked up my vehicle last may 2024, HOWEVER Carvana itself is horrible. My car was totaled 4 months ago and Carvana has yet to pay off my loan with my insurance check.

Fast process was very happy with that. But when picking up car was very low on coolant. Oil puddle around oil filter tires low on air and very poor detail job. Smudges on windshield. What I am most upset about is that coolant was very low and being told by salesman that this has happened a lot with Subarus they’ve been getting. That if this is happening a lot then why is this being caught beforehand with the so called 150 point inspection. What a joke. Brake pads more than half worn, original barely passible tires, no state inspection sticker. Am happy with car so far but better needs to be done. Being a tech myself I was looking for issues but the everyday person not knowing about this and something going wrong later that could have been easily caught before is the issue. Do better!

My carvana experience was a bit ridiculous as far as the first car not being up to expectations and the next vehicle being delayed after I had already taken the day off of work to make the 3 hours drive there. So that was annoying for sure. However, the staff at the Norfolk location was great to deal with. Both visits there were very pleasant and the interaction with the staff was great.

I bought a vehicle 5-6 months ago, I went to the tire store to put the winter tires on however, I was told that the car was missing jack pads (lifting pads), and they could not change the tires. I had to find that part and order it. I've contacted Carvana customer support (which is always terrible, just FYI), and they said they don't care because I should've gotten in under the car and checked if the mechanic parts were missing or not as a mechanic. That's not fair. They said they do 150 points check, but I don't think they check everything properly. Even I'm not mentioning the sticky air condition buttons. Long story short, do not buy with this brand.

My delivery driver was awesome. So professional, talked me through some things and was prompt and on time.
My Carvana experience. First off, I was drawn to Carvana because I thought that they were upfront about imperfections. I had taken months and months to test drive cars in person and got sick of being tricked.
LET ME WARN YOU. The imperfections that were posted for my car were NOT spot on. The ones that they posted were nothing compared to what showed up. There are tons of scrapes, dings and scratches much worse than what they had on the website. Also, the tires need to be replaced. They are so worn. This should have been disclosed!!!!
Also, despite the checklist of everything that 'checked out' in their multipoint inspection, it isn't 100%. Does my radio turn on, yes. But do I have two blown speakers, ALSO YES. Do my headlights work, YES. But do they work right away, ALSO NO. One takes approximately a minute to actually come on. This makes me mad bc it could possibly stop me from getting an inspection. If it fails, I am going to be VERY angry. I reached out and was told, this passed the multipoint inspection.
So buyer beware. Really take your time with that 7 day money back guarantee. Overall, I feel like for the car I got, the age and the OVERALL condition of an older car, I got an ok deal. But these things make me wonder what else I am going to find.

Sold our vehicle at this location. It was pretty quick and painless, especially the online part beforehand. All the staff were helpful and made sure we weren't waiting long, so no issues there. There is free wi-fi and a couple of games/coloring materials for the kiddos while you wait. I believe there is a TV as well.
