Shysters and opportunist. I dropped off my KTM 250 because it wouldn't start. They said it was a ground wire under the fuel tank. Turns out it was just a spark plug. It's been a few years since I've ridden a 2 stroke so I forgot how fast spark plugs can foul out. So rather than offer to re-jet the carb and change the plug, they lied and took my money. Bike was brand new only had an hour or 2 on it. That pretty much sums up that business don't you think ?

Best Ktm motorcycle dealer hands down! Very knowledgeable, helpful, great prices and customer service is 5 stars! Cliffs is a well known small dealership that offers way more support than any larger dealership could ever offer, including seamless transactions and large KTM parts stock! We purchased a 2024 250SX including a bunch of add on performance parts that were on backorder and they had them in a few days and couldn't be happier! All 3 gentlemen we delt with were all on the same page, which is rare these days and makes Cliffs a true hidden gem, If you want no fluff, real advice and a personalized experience, then look no futher, Cliffs Cycle is the best option!

Cliff’s Cycles is the only place I bring my bike. Neil is the best. He is honest and only wants the customer to be happy and will do anything to make that happen. Cliff's cycles mainly works on KTM, my local shop moved away. So I called Cliff cycles and asked them if they would do fork seals and an oil change on my RMZ - 250. Usually I do all my own fluids but I figured if it's going to be in the shop I may as well have them do it. They told me although they are mainly a KTM dealer they'd be happy to take my bike in. I told them no rush, within a couple days though I got the call the bike is done and it was at a very reasonable. Thank you Cliff cycles.
