It is also less crowded so we don't usually have to wait in line at the pharmacy counter. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly.”

“My daughter needed a prescription for an ear ache, which our other pharmacy did not have available nor did they want to help me with suggesting another medication. I called Norwood Pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure they had the medication before I went there. When I went to pick up the prescription she was very helpful in talking me through the process about how the medication should be given. I really like this pharmacy and I’m glad I was advised to go here!”

“Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.”

“My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function.I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.Also:1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time.When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”

She brought me right to the correct area. She then proceed to show me where the ziploc bags were. I went into the store for 1 thing and left with 7 items. She made things very easy, made small talk and overall can’t say enough great things!”

“I can’t speak much for the remainder of the crew but there’s a gentleman named Kevin often running the self checkout and I just want to say how great a guy he is. He’s very professional, always in a great mood and super nice. Me and the fellas often look forward to our visits just to see Kevin. I call him K-Dawg. Genuinely just such a great guy. He is the definition of a lad, and every interaction with him is great, he fist bumps us goodbye. Love that guy.In addition to him, I stopped by today to buy a new ps5 controller and a gentleman had helped me, I forget his name but he was wearing a hat and said he was new if that helps identify him so he receives the credit he deserves. I asked him to pick the color off the controller I got and we had a good interaction.”

She went out of her way to go into great detail in explaining medications, side effects, adverse reactions etc. To me and help me to fully understand what my medication was for. Kerri doesn't know this but I am work in the Healthcare system and this interaction really gave me a peace of mind in the care that Pharmacists provide and how very important they are as an integral part of the Healthcare system. She is truly the best pharmacist I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. You should feel confident that every customer is in good hands if she is the Pharmacist working.”

The pharmacy tech let me know the price went up and I decided to look up GoodRx to see if that was cheaper. I know it’s a whole new check-in process for this and expected to wait the usual 15 minutes. Heidi and the tech communicated quickly, and Heidi helped me out immediately and was able to switch my info in about 2 minutes!! A typically frustrating experience was made so much better.
