“Went into cvs for shampoo for my daughter, Debra was so friendly and helpful as soon as I entered the store. She greeted me with a hello, and asked if I needed any help finding anything. She brought me right to the correct area. She then proceed to show me where the ziploc bags were. I went into the store for 1 thing and left with 7 items. She made things very easy, made small talk and overall can’t say enough great things!”

“They may have more limited hours than their biggest competitor, but you can always easily reach a real person when they are open, and not get spammed by robocalls with refill requests. The staff are really nice, and there is usually no wait. Sometimes they are out of stock on a more niche medication, but usually are able to get it in the next day or two. You also get a 10% grocery discount for a vaccination, which is good, considering the leading competitor marks up their prices more significantly to make up the difference.”

“What a wonderful pharmacy! So much better than all of the big chains. The pharmacist and all employees were very helpful. When you call them you get a REAL person and you are not placed on hold for an hour like most chains. I am so impressed with this establishment. I traveled almost an hour from my home to get here but it was well worth it and I plan to fill other prescriptions here. You can't beat an independently owned small business!!”

“Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.”

“Pine Hill is what a pharmacy should be, and then some. I have a family member who is on complex medications that have been changing every few weeks. The Pine Hill staff have flow-packed the med's, and been flexible, sometimes giving us a single week when we knew the dosages were likely to change. We could NEVER get this level of service at a CVS or Walgreens. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I strongly urge everyone to give them a try. I've also used them for vaccinations and boosters--so much better an experience than elsewhere. Please support this non-chain small business!”

“I can’t speak much for the remainder of the crew but there’s a gentleman named Kevin often running the self checkout and I just want to say how great a guy he is. He’s very professional, always in a great mood and super nice. Me and the fellas often look forward to our visits just to see Kevin. I call him K-Dawg. Genuinely just such a great guy. He is the definition of a lad, and every interaction with him is great, he fist bumps us goodbye. Love that guy.In addition to him, I stopped by today to buy a new ps5 controller and a gentleman had helped me, I forget his name but he was wearing a hat and said he was new if that helps identify him so he receives the credit he deserves. I asked him to pick the color off the controller I got and we had a good interaction.”
