Quick. Easy. Technician took my blood without any issues, very simple process. Technician was very nice and competent. I always find Quest locations easy to get to.

Your automated service would offer me a time that I could have an appointment for and then once my information was taken it was no longer available I went to one facility and there was one person sitting in the waiting room and I was told if I made an appointment there I'd have to wait for 2 hours

First time here. Resolved issue with other testing lab with ease. Ladies here are skilled, compassionate and efficient. Don't be fooled by the automated checkin this place is great.

The hours say open until 4:30pm. My Dr sent me for lab work,I was there at 4:10pm,-4:15pm at the latest and they refused to see me.NOW, I have to take more time off from work to get the lab work done.Very unprofessional. Please change the hours on your door

Brought my 89 yr old mother for labs….there were 2 elderly people trying to figure out your check in process….they had no idea what to do….eight minutes go by…..still having problems….I finally asked them if they would like me to help them.When I put in my mothers info…..keep in mind there is NO ONE waiting…we were given an appointment at 1:30!!! It was then 11:30!We walked out.Why is there no one at the desk? I don’t know, let’s think about that….possibly to help the elderly patients who do not use computers!Why is there no one at the desk?You are lacking in common sense.Might want to re-think your strategies that you have in place.

The lab tech was good but the sign in process needs help. I arrived at 6:50am. I was the only one there when the door opened at 7:05. I signed in, scanning my own cards. I had to create an appointment. The earliest option was 7:40. A woman then a man came in behind me. The woman was taken. The man told me that if I signed in correctly my name would appear up on the TV. His name was there but not mine. I went over to re-do the sign in because by now I am late for work. The tech came out and said she probably had my name on the list and she would take me as soon as she was able. The first appointment available was now 8:40.am.BTW while typing this the screen doesn't scroll. It makes this difficult.

I always had speedy service for blood work here but today I went in, signed in on the I-Pad and waited 25 minutes before someone came out to see me. There wasn't another person in the lab and there were 3 people working.
