“Easy one here, Sunday morning, needed printer ink, knew where to look, there was an associate in the same aisle helping a woman. Once she saw me looking for the correct ink for my printer, she asked if I needed help, I said “ yes I have the model # printer but not sure the number of the ink for it! She found it immediately. Went to checkout, one person being helped, then the associate asked my phone number to check my rewards and luckily for I had $22 and I was out in less than 10 minutes”

“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”

“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. “Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“I was sending a package. The address I was given was not completely correct. The postal service agent was incredibly helpful. She was able to find the correct address, without making a fuss about it. That type of care is not common these days and I greatly appreciate her.”
“I drop packages here all the time. The staff is friendly and don’t seem to have issues with items shipping out in a timely manner. Our mail usually comes at a reasonable time too.”
“I love this place. It's great that they deal with all the major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Used them dozens of times with no issues.But as the 14 signs on their storefront emphatically warn you... don't try to bring a package with only a QR code!!! ?”
“This place now accepts USPS packages too, which is incredibly convenient! If you have both UPS and USPS packages, you can drop them all off in one location. It makes shipping so much easier!”

He was extremely courteous and helpful, promising to look for the package and follow up with me. Within 15 minutes of my call, a USPS employee came to our mailbox and found the package! I was so impressed by their quick response. Thank you so much for your help — we have a very happy birthday boy now!”

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”

“So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”
