I brought my German Shepherd puppy in for his first puppy visit. He was very nervous a. He was barking and growling aggressively. That was until she pulled out the cheese whiz!!! “My dad and I have been bringing our kitty, Miro, here since we brought her home 18 years ago. The care has been consistently good, but what inspired me to write this review was the way Dr. Rullan treated us -- all three of us -- through one of the hardest decisions of our lives. When the blood work came back, she made sure we understood what the test results meant and what our options were -- either for euthanasia or further palliative care -- and was prepared to give us as much time as we needed to make that choice.When I brought Miro in for her final visit, Dr. Rullan and the vet techs handled me with kid gloves, which was absolutely what I needed at the time. I was given a comfortable, private room and as much time as I needed to cuddle my girl and say goodbye. When I was finally ready (as ready as I would ever be), Dr. Rullan came in and gently, quietly walked me through each step in the process and let me know what I should be prepared for, and then offered more time if I wanted it. She started only when I was ready, and every single step was prefaced with an explanation and a check-in with me. If I needed some time between steps, she waited until I gave her the go-ahead to continue. When it was over, she once again gave me as much time and space as I needed to say my last goodbyes. I was a sobbing wreck the entire time and not for a single second did I feel self-conscious or judged for it.Going in, I wasn't sure what to expect. But the compassion and gentleness I received from Dr. Rullan and her team during one of the worst moments of my life was just... absolutely above and beyond. There's no such thing as an ideal scenario for losing a family member. But if there were, I think Dr. Rullan provided that for me and Miro.(I also ordered an urn through the clinic by phone after the fact. I have some misgivings because I wasn't charged for it, so I'll update when we receive the ashes -- hopefully in the urn I picked out).”
“We took our kitty bucky. He was an abandoned and traumatized kitty from his past life of 4.5 years then he was dumped at a shelter with his 5 brothers and sisters and when my sister and I adopted him he wouldn't eat for 2weeks or come out from under the bed. We finally got him to come out from under the bed and he wanted to live now that he had something to live for. But after all that he has extreme anxiety and ibd ,irritable bowel disorder. So we took him to animal health center in plainville they were the kindest bunch of veterinarian doctors and nurses I have ever met especially her last name is Trapani! Bucky was so petrified he couldn't move through the whole visit and all of the staff there were very, very patient and kind with him. They know their stuff!!! Thank, you animal health center!!!!! “Wonderful caring staff. Dr Segaloff and his assistant Alex are wonderful. Front desk reception staff - awesome. If you find yourself unfortunately having to be at a veterinary oncology center this is the place to be. My 10-year-old Shetland sheepdog is being treated for squamous cell carcinoma inside of his nostril with electrochemotherapy. He went in at 8:00 a.m. and came out at 3:00 p.m. bopping down the ramp like nothing happened. We're hoping for complete cure. We know we've provided the best care for him that we can. ?”
“They treated our husky with the best possible care for 14 great years. Over those 14 yrs they explained every option when it came to treating our dog. I can’t say enough about the people that work there as they were always very warm, welcoming and accommodating when we needed a same day appointment. The people, and the treatment that our dog received was always top notch. I would recommend foxboro animal hospital to anyone.”
“Liz Maloney has been my vet for years and she is a great diagnostician for lameness , back , shoeing and ulcer issues among others. She has kept my event and dressage horses going throughout their careers with chiropractic, acupuncture, miso therapy , shock wave etc as well as joint injections when needed. My semi retired event horse is 30 and still being ridden thanks to Liz!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. “After a less than ideal experience with a our last vet my fiancé and I brought our cat here, and honestly we were desperate for someone who understood anxious cats. From the start we had an asking experience, I mentioned that our guy was a little spicy and the vet tech said “It’s nothing I can’t handle!” Which put our minds at ease instantly.After a check over, Dr. McMillan called me in to go over our cats history in depth. “We have been going to Ashland Animal for over 30 years. Every fur baby received the best care. We moved to Worcester 20 years ago and we still take our dogs here. We would never go anywhere else.The doctors and staff members have always been kind and gentle. One of our dogs is scared of the scale, because it moves. Haven't figured out why it's a problem for him. The techs are great they have to lift him, he's 60 lbs, and place him on the scale, then they give him a treat for being such a good boy.We did try a vet in Worcester, just because it was closer to home. That didn't work out! The doctor was anywhere near the kind compassionate person we were looking for.”

“First time bringing pet there. The personnel were very good. I think they are a little more expensive than most, that said it's been close to a year since I needed the services of a vet.What they could do is to give outside sign a professional paint job. While on the subject, the exam room needs some attention also. All in all..they are all well versed professionals.”
