One of the others posted complaining about supplying other towns? How do you know where people live? LOL
Anyways...
After 2 experiences...finally saying something. I really like this store but....a newer employee makes me want to walk out if I see her working. Came in to pick up my order at photo booth. Not busy, it's a weekday. Just had to wait a few minutes no big deal as cashier was with a customer. Finished met me at photo booth. During transaction walked away saying excuse me....she yelled at the previous customer 'do you want your receipt'? Lady says yes so she goes back and gives it to her. Apparently the lady said if you don't like your job quit.
So cashier comes back to finish my transaction. She proceeded to call another employee and berated that customer. In front of me and the customer behind me.
Wow.
This employee is out of it. And has made errors on transactions of mine in the past. Is management paying attention?
The attitude sucks. Really lacking basic customer service skills and I spend alot of money there. Do better.

Pricey, to be point where you wouldn’t buy anything accept on sale or in a pinch, but otherwise quite a selection for a drugstore.

I’m only giving this Walgreens 5stars so it doesn’t shut down because genuinely it’s one of the only things our town has… I say make it bigger!

The mobile orders have murdered this store.
The shelves are bare and the employees are having to fulfill mobile and insta cart orders over the in person patrons of the store. There’s no reason the Norfolk Walgreens should have to supply other towns mobile orders.
Walgreens should do better.

Pharmacy is severely understaffed. Wait time to speak to anyone is 10-15 minutes. Tried earlier today and gave up after 10 minutes on hold. Called back again and held on for 10 minutes again. This is an on going problem and nothing has been done to find a solution.

Given the choice, go to a different pharmacy. Wait times on the phone just this week have been over an hour and hung up to try again three times. Going to stop in person to have my question answered on ETA of a refill.

It's Walgreens I'm not a big fan. The girl was as helpful as she could be I only went there to print some pictures.

We switched from the Walgreens in Foxboro to this one for two reasons: 1) because it is closer to our home, and 2) because the pharmacy staff are helpful and consistent. It is also less crowded so we don't usually have to wait in line at the pharmacy counter. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly.

very convenient having a store in town, but the pharmacy is plagued with delays and the communication regarding the delays is non-existent.

Great Walgreens! Everything you need and super nice and helpful staff. Best pharmacy anywhere. Lurrena, Thao, Sarah and Erin at the pharmacy are amazing! I have some complicated Rx’s with a lot of parts and they always take the time to help me figure it out and work through any insurance issues. All the store employees are hard working and have a great attitude - even close to closing :) Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pharmacy severely understaffed. 10+ minutes on average to talk to a pharmacist on the phone. Constant prescription holds and you have to call and push them to make a 1 minute call. If you don't, you will be days without having your medication. I never had this problem at CVS for over 25 years of being with them. 1 time I needed to call to resolve insurance issues. With Walgreens, I have to call almost every refill and wait days for it to be filled.Today I called and was told they didn't have time to call the insurance. So 4 days sitting on med hold and nobody was available to make a phone call? Worst pharmacy I have ever used. I recommend using CVS in Millis, because they staff their pharmacy. This one has only had 1 pharmacist and 1 assistant on staff when I have gone there. I can only imagine what policy is for this. Fill everything that automatically goes through and ignore all needing approval until the customer keeps asking where their prescription is and why is it taking days for approval, when every other pharmacy has filled them same day for 5 years.
