If I could give this place a -5 star review I would in a heartbeat. First and foremost, my partner had her car towed due to miscommunication, I can deal with that, but after two days of scrambling to fix her insurance, her reg, and getting her plates back, we finally found means to get the vehicle out of the lot. When I showed up there, I was greeted by TINA, who for the record is a royal b****, who started off our conversation with a great big laugh and a 'yeah right, hahahahaha, she needs to fix her registration out, so no, you can't get the vehicle.' For starters, work on your customer service. Next, if you hate your job that much, quit and do everybody a favor. Finally, I thoroughly dislike the fact that she had degraded me and my knowledge of what I NEED TO DO to get my vehicle out of the lot considering an employee from their shop was charged with vehicular homicide after he robbed the shop and stole a vehicle that they were unaware was missing. Ironic, though, they noticed a missing jar of change. These people are money hungry zombies and WILL give you a run for your money. I have always heard bad things, but up until I witnessed it first hand, I didnt believe it. I am DISGUSTED. My last portion will also talk about how my partners jeep was already warmed up and had air in (semi low) tires if it had been 'sitting' for three days? Chances are they're like Sebastino and try to sell out cars that don't belong to them. Please north Adams, shut this ignorance down!!!

If I could rate this "business" zero stars, I definitely would! Back in 2010 I purchased a vehicle from this place (stupid me!). For the first couple weeks I had no issues with the car, then all of a sudden the entire back of my white car was black! I spoke to a mechanic that I know and he said that it was burning oil, so I called Cariddi's and told them what was going on and they said to bring the car in so they could look at it, which I did. When I got it back, it kept doing the same thing. I was getting ready for a trip to NC and on the way there I kept having to put oil in the car because it kept burning oil like crazy! I finally got to NC and had my car looked at again and put more oil in it to last me until I got back to MA after my trip. Well, it didn't last me. I got about 2 hours into my drive and my car broke down on the highway. I got it back to NC (mind you I'm missing days of work because I was supposed to be back by now) and we had to replace the spark plugs and put more oil in it. I called Cariddi and they said there's nothing they can do. I went to the BBB and they finally would look at the car for me. When they finally looked at it, they had to replace the motor because of how bad it was burning oil. Fast forward a few months after having to get a rental car and my car sitting behind their fence for what seemed like forever. I told them to just forget it and to have it towed to a friends business to have the motor replaced the right way. My car arrived at the new place with the motor in pieces on the flat bed. Once the new place fixed my car, I had to go to court to get refunded for whatever I ended up paying for. When I traded that car in, I wasn't able to get much for it because it now had a branded title (motor swap). I no longer have that vehicle and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...no matter how desperate you are!
