I was really impressed by Reggie, who greeted us with a smile and personally helped us locate 2 items. I’ve never experienced such personal help, care and friendliness from someone at CVS. Go North Adams CVS!!

A certain pharmacist is snotty and very rude. She treats everyone like drug addicts. Becoming a very uncomfortable place to be getting medications. She’s a very judgmental person.
