This is the best pharmacy by far!! The pharmacist there truly care about their customers! They are also right on the ball when filling prescriptions! A+++++

I have been filling my scripts at this CVS for over a year since I moved from the Cape to the Berkshires, I have had the same script for over 7 years. Lillian the \\\"young lady\\\" who waited on me was the rudest , nastiest , most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with \\u0026 I am a manager of the company I work for... .She barked at me \\\"GO TO THE CONSULTATION LINE TO SEE IF YOU ARE ALLOWED TO FILL YOUR SCRIPT \\\" how about a \\\"I am not sure if you can fill your script, check with consulation or so on~ \\u0026 btw it was a refill from my Dr who I had just seen , nothing out of the ordinary and after 1/2 hour wait in consulation with 6 other people Lillian had yelled at and sent over there, the young lady there simply pressed 2 buttons said your all set politely and the pharmacist had my script ready in about 15 minutes.

I have used cvs for 21 years. I moved to north Adams and had my meds sent to this branch I regularly have to wait on hold for 30 min or more. I have waited for 40 min and gotten ( accidently). Disconnected. Many times when I finally do speak to someone they are rude and gave no clue what they are doing . I can without a doubt say this is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with!!! Unfortunately the only other pharmacy near me is Walgreens sooo that is what I will do . I am waiting for my refills to run out so I can switch . Do not use this pharmacy. It will eat away at your life prescription by percsription .

the pharmacist is rude and screams at customers for not wearing a mask. I'm sorry but you don't know a person's medical exemptions for not wearing one! don't go to this one!

Writing a review of a pharmacy seems pretty silly, but I just want to share how wonderful the people were. My insurance had not kicked in yet, and I needed some prescriptions. They explained my insurance would refund me if I paid for the prescriptions, and they did everything they could do to bring the cash amount down. I still could not afford the prescriptions, but that is way more a statement about the pharmaceutical market and how money hungry companies are. So again, seems silly to review a CVS, but I appreciated them spending their time helping me.
