“There is really only one person who is in the role of a real problem solver, critical thinking professional and an actual kind and patient person who is not only capable of being a real credible authority at the T mobile store in North Adams but he also is very much the guy who seems to un-screw everything that gets screwed up each time I have an issue.
He is nice, putting up with the crap of the industry and very patient (a real rare man in this town). He is a real life professional and actually has knowledge of his profession.
He doesn't make it my fault for an issue that I am not responsible for and he fixes it on his time without making me feel like a burden or a moron.
(Again. Rare.)
He is in every way a professional and actually knows what he is doing and should be in a position to instruct his team or the entire industry on how to treat the customers with decency and respect instead of cleaning up the mess left by those who seem to have no real respect for me when I go into the store until they see how I respond to being treated like an actual person who is TMobile's purposes and the reason they exist and I matter--only by him.
His name is Ibrahim and he is not good at his job. He crushes it. He can do anything. He does everything. He is an actual guy who knows his job and he does it better than anyone else in any store (for any cell phone carrier or just any store for that matter) and he does it like it's not even a real thing--like breathing or just the thing he does for the hell of it. Because it's natural. He's not pretending to be good at his job--or being a great person. He does. He is. And he crushes the hell out of it better than anyone.
He is that and he does that and it is not an act. It's who he is.
To be honest I hate t mobile. I don't think it's any better than any other carrier. It's Ibrahim who is going to make sure I stay. He is the reason I am going to remain a customer. Because his service is better than anyone else I've ever worked with. He's kinder and more patient than anyone else I've ever seen in a store like the one I have to go to to get my phone fixed (almost weekly) but I will not leave T-Mobile. Because I know he is there and when he goes that's when I go back to anything else.
T-Mobile has my business because Ibrahim has my back.
He is a good guy who cares about his customers and he does not have to. Because no one really does care when I go in. Only him. And he gets the job done working over the limits and he does it because he's the best.
He needs to be recognized by the company and he does more than anyone and he deserves to be able to be in a position where he can teach T-Mobile and others in this field how to do their job because he owns this stuff and he can teach the entire industry how to do the art of humanity in a profession where the actual human being is not important for business because the technology is what matters.
To him I matter and the phone is merely a thing to get to work right. Because my phone never works. Others don't help me and make me feel like an idiot. Then make the matter worse.
He fixes it and he does not have the capacity to be a jerk.
So I am a T-Mobile customer because of Ibrahim and I will remain so because of that fact.
He Is the future of the industry or the industry is not going to be able to survive. Because I am the customer and I don't need T-Mobile to have a cell phone. I need people like Ibrahim and when he goes elsewhere I will go there.
Give him the opportunity to teach you how to treat people like me.
And he does it better than anyone else. He's amazing and he is the reason why I am still your customer.
Ibrahim you are the best!
5 stars.

100%.”
“Went to north Adams after going to Pittsfield twice and dealing with an extremely rude lady named Courtney who seems to lack common courtesy and work ethic. Deb from north Adam was amazing, very kind knowledgeable and patient and not once made us feel unwelcomed or like we were a burden.”
“John was extremely personable and helpful to us this evening when we brought in our phone that somehow ejected it's SIM card while we were hiking the Appalachian Trail. He even helped us lower our monthly Verizon bill. Thanks John!”
