I was living in the area for the summer and Nite Owl helped me twice . Both times they were fast , kind and efficient. I wish I had nite owl in my home town. I never felt I was being ripped off .

I was from out of town and had a brake issue while passing through North Adams. The owner Bill got me in quick despite being busy and fixed the issue (brake line leak) for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Say they replace the brake pads in the back then why is the caliper bolt so tight that they broke off and doesn't look like anybody touched them since 2019 you guys have a fraud and should be sued you guys are liars and don't know what the hell you're doing
