Not enough help! Waited 25 minutes while the one lone clerk helped the one other customer in front of me. Always asked for my ID, no need when paying a bill or paying anybody else's bill. You should only ask if someone wants to make changes to their subscription or to anybody's subscription! One other issue, your company has no money to give change when customers pay in cash, they add the extra towards next months bill this is unacceptable even if it's a Penney your a business act like one! The Bill's come one or two days before the billing date, what the blank! Other than these few complaints it's perfect.

Went to north Adams after going to Pittsfield twice and dealing with an extremely rude lady named Courtney who seems to lack common courtesy and work ethic. Deb from north Adam was amazing, very kind knowledgeable and patient and not once made us feel unwelcomed or like we were a burden.

The wire detached from the house due to the storm on Tuesday and is laying across my driveway. I called right when it happened. Now it's two days later and they said they can send someone on April 11. 4 weeks from now. They wanted to know if there's an outage. Outage? It's ripped off the house and laying in the driveway! We need the internet for school! What do we do with the wire in the meantime? Not helpful at all. I'm usually patient and don't leave comments but this is too much

If you need to so much as pay your bill pick up or turn in equipment you better take a vacation day.You could easily spend hours here just waiting to give them cash. I can't even believe this is a real business. If you are switching to the phone service and getting a new phone you are looking at like half a day to get it done. And they are rude about it. I was waiting(an hour) to pick up a modem, lady came In Behind me to pay her bill, cash in hand, they told her it would be an hour and a half to "get to the counter" turned and walked into the back room. Place is the worst.

It has been a journey but I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out. Both Peg and Karin hug in there with me. They had to have the patience with me instead of me having patience with them! Am grateful all worked out!

This is the worse tv wifi selection there is. We needed time Warner to stay because they were always so helpful and there prices were alot better than spectrum.o hate them all o have is my internet and looking around for a cheaper rate just for wifi. Any help???

This location has no knowledgeable employees and does not follow proper protocol of who to serve next. I signed in to their que to be served and there was two people ahead of me but neither was in the que as the employees called them up to be helped I didn’t say anything because I figured it would only take a few minutes for one of them to be done well 45 min later I complained that had I known their transactions would have taken so long I would have invoked my right to have been served before them since neither of them signed in and I did. And I’m still waiting even after the 45 min because the employees can’t figure out how to complete the transactions

Had 400 mbps internet last month. Shut it off to try another provider, came back in to turn it back on. First I had to sign into the queue even though I was the only person there.Then I tell the associate exactly what I want. I said 400 mbps internet, and said I don’t want to hear about promotions or other services. He tries to tell me promotions. ??♂️. So I say again, not interested, please set me up with what I requested. He does it again. I then said that if he mentioned a promotion again, that I would walk out and not turn the service on. He once again tried to upsell me a promotion. I grabbed my ID and walked out disgusted. Very aggressive about selling and not listening to a customer’s wants. I will stick with My Verizon LTE home internet before being treated like that again.

Next to impossible to get any help when service drops, price was raised too much which is the problem with no contract. You do not deserve the monopoly you have. Will be searching for sane alternatives. You have no shame as a corporation. Will be writing to my two Senators (Warren and Markey) and my House representative (Neal) on your poor service and overpricing.
