Not happy with there services they shut my Internet off with no warning cause they put me on a plan I can afford but no one said I had to lose Internet to have a cheaper rate very angry

Monthly bill doesn't match the offers that were promised by two salesreps. Six month's later, was told "we made a mistake." Consumer Complaint filed with Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.

I am a longtime Sprint customer who was forced to become a T-Mobile customer when they acquired Sprint. I hadn't been happy with the customer service and whole SIM card thing but Verizon stopped servicing my husbands iPhone3 (not a typo) so we went to the T-Mobile Store in North Adams, MACoby and his team were AMAZING!!! They helped my husband find the perfect new phone (and not the most expensive one either.) When we got home, I decided to do an on-line upgrade. I unsuccessfully tried to activate that phone so we went back to the North Adams store. They helped me transfer my data and activate my phone.Coby and his team are patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made this Sprint customer a lot more comfortable with the T-Mobile acquisition. Their customer service is worth the short drive down from VT. Thank you!!!

Tyler Rockenfield was absolutely amazing in helping me switch from straight talk to T-Mobile. This was a several day process because straight talk is relentless but Tyler remained patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional, Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Give this guy a raise!!

I came in with a broken SIM card today around 1:15 and was out by 1:45. Everyone was extremely kind while I was freaking out and fixed it no problem. I was super appreciative and will now on only be going to this T - Mobile. 12/10

This store is just getting up and running , and only after a few weeks of being open I have to say I am pleasantly impressed. We were long time Verizon customers, and after a bad experience with customer service decided to switch. If you are looking for pleasant workers, great products and an overall great shopping experience I recommend T-Mobile north Adams.
