I love the products. The North Adams store has horrible customer service. There is only ever one person working on the floor, and that's the cashier. They have to call someone from the back if someone needs help. The whole bottom shelf gloves was mismarked. I saw a pile marked $7.99. I picked up 2 pair. They rang up $15.99. She would not honor the $7.99 price. I ended up buying a pair that does not fit. I think I'm going to avoid that TS
