Helpful pharmacists went out of his way to get my prescription filled when I had an insurance issue.

There are multiple issues with this pharmacy.1) They almost never open on time2) They routinely tell our doctors they have medicine for my children and DO NOT HAVE IT. They have no inventory control, or they are liars, not sure which is worse.Call before you go, or you'll waste hours of your life life I have waiting for these people.

I had such a bad experience here- they wouldn't transfer my prescription while I was out of town because it "took to long when calling the other pharmacy" I needed the medicine and they didn't care and told me to call other pharmacy ...

Fast friendly and knowledgeable! I think her name was Felicia so so nice each time I've gone in. She also prevents lines from forming.

North Adams Pharmacy staff: 5 stars!! When picking up meds for an older friend, her doc ordered caplets not tablets so no insurance coverage. Then a helpful Pharmacist found and filled an older 'script! Then payment on file would not work for auto-pay. A patient Pharm Tech didn't give up then found a way to make it work! Pharmacy Online App: 0 stars. Have tried for weeks to set up auto-pay and/or Fed-Ex (or mail) delivery but still not sure if it will work now. Spent so many hours online and on phone calls to tech and customer support. Help!

The few times I’ve gone have been fairly neutral. Just depends on who you get. Most are relaxed and helpful. They also rarely open on time. You’d think for a pharmacy they’d be better about it.

Told me my prescription would be ready in twenty minutes two and a half hours later for 15 pills it was still not ready. This is not the first time it has happened. Very disappointed

Depends on the person on the counter I guess, and I did "NOT" get a good one the last 2 times I was there. You know there's a problem when the counter person is holding.

I spend 4 hrs on the phone with media care .. they instructed me to use my old number .. and that the pharmacy has the number to verify the name and acct ... their workers dont want to do their job including the boss their the actual pharmacist... that have the number I dont ... they are the only ones that can do this and yet they refuse to do it .. this by far the worse employees I have ever seen ... they all should loose their jobs ... if I was able to give them a negative 10 stars I would
