Much better now with the better security measures. However alot of the employees are rude miserable & just NOT Walmart material. The prices have gone way too high.

Walmart is everyone's go-to store in the North Adams/Adams area for groceries and pretty much all other shopping needs. The pick up orders also make it very convenient when you don't feel like walking around the store and shopping.

Employees are rude normally. Especially if asked to provide any extra services one may need. And products are unstocked or outta stock most days

I'm so proud to reside near one of my favorite stores. Whatever you want or need (and for reasonable prices), WalMart has it! And a fine pharmacy as well. God bless you, Walmart!

You have some really good people working here, particularly in the pharmacy, but there are two things that are really annoying about this place.
First, the number of solicitors and third-party vendors they allow in and in front of this store is outrageous. When I’m already shelling out hard-earned cash for essentials, I don’t need reps from NRG or some cable provider stopping me and trying to bamboozle me into a deal I don’t want or need, and is usually a scam. (Google “NRG Walmart” and look at the comments. They’re the worst.)
Secondly, you put in all these self-checkouts, then you only open half of them. Your excuses for having 12 checkout lines with only 3 open were at least somewhat logical when it was mainly cashiers.
But then you put in all these self checkouts, I think like 24 in all, and like half or more of them are always closed, and there always ends up being a line at the open ones.
Walmart claimed that self-checkouts would help alleviate the issues at all Walmarts, where three out of ten checkouts are open, and there are these long lines. We all know that the real reason was to cut labor costs, and be able to hire less people, but that’s an issue for another day.
Stop with the vendors and open these self-checkouts! Stop making people hate Walmart more than they already do.
