Ram fixes everything. He is a magician. I drove 30 minutes out of my way today just to see him because about a month ago he placed a screen protector on my phone perfectly (and that is hard to do these days, for some reason). I have been having an issue that has not been resolved for almost a month now, and no one could seem to help, in my local store, over customer service on the phone, or through the loyalty dept. However, within minutes Ram fixed everything. Now, I just hope I spelled his name correctly. If you have a problem with anything AT&T related, go see Ram at the North Andover location (usually, unless he’s out helping other stores and training their employees). Thank you, Ram. You deserve a raise and a long paid vacation.

AMAZING. They were cordial, explained everything to me, gave me time to say yes or no if I wanted to. Never pressured me into anything. They were patient and very knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Justin and Ram are two great , caring, cordial men. They were very patient with me. Justin spend a lot of time explaining everything and swapping information from one phone to the other. And I am happy with my results. Highly recommend this store. Please stop by if you have questions about your phones or tablets. I loved it. Thank you guys.
