Methuen Rick helping a friend of mine move storage units and I must say he was incredibly pleasant and professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and answered questions I didn't even think of. Facility was clean and very organized units are brand new. Though im not getting my own unit this visit I would 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone looking. Plus the pricing is incredible!

Extremely clean unit with easy access. We had booked a unit and upon arrival they noticed it was damp and promptly moved us into a new unit without being asked. Friendly with great customer service. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
