I really enjoyed working with Lisa I enjoyed her personality and motherly guidance for a young married couple such as us who often has difficulty with filing taxes. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and well-mannered. I felt comfort in trusting her with my personal information and completing my taxes in a prompt secure manner. I would highly recommend her services to my friends and family. The tax preparer normally does paper returns, not electronic filing. She kept making error after error to the point that a more knowledgeable preparer had to get involved. My wife and I became nervous, and agitated. After returning home, I went online to see if I could find our former preparer but she is no longer a preparer for H&R Block.
