Joe was so friendly and accommodating, took the time to look into and answer my questions. Extremely professional, in my opinion this office is best out of all the Quest locations that I’ve visited.

Most of the time workers there are unpleasant. I would usually go to the North Andover site because it’s easy to get to. The lady who worked there in the morning during opening time at 9/21 on a Thursday broke the deal. She’s a tall blonde lady was making some announcement. Her attitude was awful and tone was rude. Went to a different Quest Diagnostic in Methuen and was pleased with their service. The person who took me was very friendly and attentive like night and day. ☺️ In all, wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to be jabbed by someone who hates their job. To that lady….please find a different profession where you do not have to deal with the public. Thank you.

I scheduled my appointment online, had my doctor fax my orders and arrived 10 minutes early. After I checked in and entered the room, the phlebotomist spent no less than 10 minutes berating me. Why wasn’t I in the system??? Had I really never been to a Quest before?? Why wasn’t my insurance card working??? If my doctor’s office could do the bloodwork, why am I at Quest??? I tried to answer all of her questions and she just got angrier. By the time she drew my blood, I was shaking I was so stressed. I was her first patient of the day and she was so mad and I have no idea why. If you hate your job that much, leave. To add insult to injury, the phlebotomist across the hall was SO nice to every patient she was assisting.

I made my appointment online, arrived early, made sure my bloodwork orders were faxed over ahead of time, and did everything I was supposed to do. Or so I thought. As soon as I got into the room, I was berated for the next 10 minutes. Is your name spelled right?? Have you ever been here?? Why aren't you in the system?? Why is your insurance card not going in?? Why didn't your doctor put their fax number on the paperwork?? Why didn't you just go to the lab at your doctor's office and get this done?? Why why why???I was so stressed out by the anger level of this woman that by the time she took my blood, I was shaking. I was her first appointment! It's not like she was having a bad day with inept patients and I just happened to wander in to her bad mood. It's not my fault that I had never visited a Quest location before. My insurance card worked AFTER she typed it in correctly. If she wanted me to never come back for random blood work, she got her wish. All I wanted was to be on time for work so I went to a lab that opened early...

My doctor sent me for bloodwork and said I had to use a Quest Lab. I was a little nervous picking a location because of all the bad reviews I was reading. However, this location had a decent rating so I booked my appointment and had a great experience (well as good as you can when having blood drawn). I booked a convenient day/time online, received text updates of my appointment including a link to check in when I arrived. I was called within 2 minutes of checking in (and I was 10 minutes early), I don't remember the name of the person I saw but she was friendly and efficient. Spacious, private rooms. Would use this location again if needed.

Scheduling an appointment is impossible. The phone tree does not recognize English and will just randomly cut you off . . . leaving you to start all over again . . . and then cut you off again. The online site is worse. It lists multiple appointments that are not available. My doctor's office couldn't get through either. And I'm supposed to be trusting these people with my medical results?

Had blood drawn Wednesday, March 2, 2022.The Flobottomus that drew my blood was extremely rude. I didn't engage in any conversations with her because I could tell she didn't want to be there. Didn't get her name, but she was a large woman with long dread locks. The next day my arm looked bruised and swollen. I have been going to Quest for several years an was never treated like this. Will go elsewhere for blood work.

The staff were very friendly and there was not a large line. I even checked in easily with the kiosk.

Great experience once I got in! However, you need to have a printout of your lab requisition with you when you go. It doesn’t tell you this when you make the appointment, and my doctors orders were submitted to Quest labs so I thought they would already have them. I had to drive to staples to print them and come back. Not sure why you can’t upload the requisition online or email it to someone at the facility.

I have to visit Quest very regularly as a travel nurse and this is by far the best location I’ve been to. My employer made some errors with my paperwork and Kelly was super friendly and understanding in helping me get the right labs done. Clean, quick, and easy.

Nice people. The issue is is that they keep moving their offices around Andover/N. Andover. In this current location iteration, there is little signage indicating the location of the lab in the building. I had to stop into a Dr's office and ask directions. Quest needs to add some decent signs as this building is quite large, with numerous medical providers in it. Other than that, it's fine.

Clean, welcoming, fast, and my phlebotomist was a wiz at her job.
