There wasn’t a single person in this store who even knew what fishing line was. Most Aces I’ve been in have minimal fishing supplies and at least some line to spool a reel. They were super confused and kept thinking I was asking for wiring. Had me running all around the store instead of just saying they didn’t having fishing supplies

Went there to get some keys cut today and I did not realize they charge $4 per standard house key when every other store on planet Earth charges between $2 and $3 including tax. Either the purchaser for this business does not know how to buy correctly or they're overcharging. Either way it should be corrected. The whole point of Ace hardware is being a local neighborhood friendly store. You can go to any other Ace hardware and pay just over $2 for the same thing.

Nice people and the store seems well stocked, but their online inventory is SO inaccurate. Except for the most mundane items, if the website says an item is in stock at this store, more than half the time i get to the store and find the item is unavailable. Really frustrating, so most of the time I just don’t bother going there and head straight to HD or Lowe’s. Kinda of a shame, because it’s a nice store and I never end up using my rewards points.

Awesome customer service. I bought a trimmer online, and the person who assisted me took his time to register the tool and demonstrated me how to use it. He also answered my questions very politely.

I bought a chainsaw that give me trouble starting and when I went to return it they said they don't take returns on the chainsaw it was ridiculous because I spent over $400
