They would not tell me if they could replace my windshield at my place of work or not unless I committed to having them do my windshield. This seems a bit shady to me. I truly wish Mapfre did not use them as administrators for all the window needs of their customers. They should support local mom & pop shops instead. These are our neighbors, not a major corporation.!

The customer service here is horrible. I had an appointment to get my windshield fixed at a specific time and they bumped my appointment up without initially letting me know why. When I called back to ask them why I needed to come in so early because I wouldn't be able to make it that early due to my work schedule Jeannie was very rude to me and told me she already explained why, but she did not. When I asked to speak to a manager, Elizabeth, was just as rude. I finally just asked to reschedule and she said she could not get me a new appointment for 10 days. I explained to her that this was my work truck and I couldn't wait that long and she said there was nothing she could do to help or accommodate me. I feel like because they have these contracts with insurance companies they feel like they can talk to and treat their customers any type of way. I will pay for my replacement out of pocket before I ever do business with this company, specifically this location, ever again.

2nd time Booking a repair through the 800 number. 1st time visit to a location They fitted me in sooner than expected. Took care of it while I waited and my dog stayed in the back of the car! So accommodating I'll be back! Both repairs are next to invisible!

Had a chip in my windshield so i called Safelite to repair. According to the technician the repair "went well". The result was a yellow resin spot on the windshield. Within 20 days the windshield spider cracked from the repair spot. Okay fine, things happen the repair failed.Took it in to Safelite for a replacement. Waited 4-5 hours they took my vehicle in almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Fine it was done. Come to find out they got the windshield epoxy on my headliner. In addition to this they accidentally cut the wire for my rear dashcam an tried to repair it. None of this information was told to me at the conclusion of my appointment i found out myself. In addition to this they neglected to tighten one of my windshield wipers, this would have been much worse if i turned them on without noticing. After a brief battle with the safelite to replace the headliner. They ultimately covered the cost and replace the headliner and the wire. They also offered to cover the cost of having my truck detailed for my hassle. They asked me to have it done and pay out of pocket. They said they would reimburse the cost (via email). Its been over 4 months and they have yet to cover the cost. I have inquired several times and provided the required invoices. They stopped responding to my emails. Never, ever use this company!

Fast installation of windshield which was covered by insurance with no out of pocket costs. Tech were respectful and knowledgeable. Job was done very well.

on March 30, 2023, my windshield was serviced for replacement which they did but they broke the rain sensor and did not mention the issue upon delivery. i took the car and found out later while testing the wipers that the rain sensor did not activate on water or has a problem. I did make a warranty claim and they call me to resolve the issue, which i ending going to the shop and told me that they need to order the parts which is the plastic cover of the rain sensor which was broken during installation. eventually after 7-10 day later, they call me again to tell me that parts arrived and went to shop to install the new part (rain sensor cover) but could not made the repair because they had the wrong part and not the plastic cover. on May 1, 2023 at 8:00 i had an appointment to resolve this issue but again, they could not repair the issue because they do not have the complete parts and they need to order the internal piece too. this is my third visit into the shop (because the issue need to be repair inside the shop) without any luck. i have lost my time and wages during those 3 visits. an installer told today that this time, they will come to my place to do the repair. Was great but had wrong pc of glass so had to order right one. Stuff happens so not going to hold it against them. Its not a perfect world. Will re evaluate friday.

While the windshield replacement itself was fine, Ivan did a horrible job! He spilled coffee on my front seat and the damage he caused to the paint is completely unacceptable. GO ELSEWHERE!!

First and foremost. I have never given one star. I was referred to Safelite for my windshield issue. The appointment was set up by my insurance agency. I understand everyone has a bad day but the Customer Service women was Next Level rude.Totally unacceptable. I remained calm and polite. I filtered all the verbiage back to my insurance company. I would not recommend this location. Very poor customer service.
