Been coming here since I moved to North Andover. Great prices and easy location to whip in and out of. Always a great and attentive staff who I've witnessed helping folks, who were unsure, fill their tires with air, assist seniors with the pump, and generally giving great customer service. The gentleman at night is always pleasant and the young man in the morning always has my receipt ready and is very polite. He's the one I saw helping a woman with the air machine and was very attentive. He usually wears a green hat. Glad they've started offering windshield cleaner, give me something to do while filling up and on these pollen laden days helps keep my view crystal clear. Keep it up guys!

Callout for management for safety and health: neon hat attendant today 8/10/24 was either struggling to stay awake or nodding off. Judging by how he responded to customers asking for help, hate to say it looked like he might’ve been using. Mentioning this for the safety of customers and the business as well as the health of the employee. Maybe he was just tired and trying to stay awake, I could be totally wrong (apologies if so). In any sense, he could barely lift his head. Check in on that guy, this is not meant to get him in trouble. More worried than anything.
Otherwise, easy in and out for gas. Pumps were quick and good access.
Please make sure that guy is ok for everyone’s sake.

It's a great station there are very polite people working there. I find the people are working work hard to satisfy customers I go there all the time they get to know me and I tip them all the time I love the place

Waited a very long time on a busy day in a line to get to an open pump. When i finally got to it, it didn't work and it was crowded so i couldn't easily move to another one. The person at the window knew all about it not functioning for some time but was either too lazy or blockheaded to think to put something there to alert all the people. My time along with probably others was wasted that day. Took my money down to AL Prime instead.

Super SLOW petroleum.
If you want to spend 15+ minutes to pump 5 gallons of gas then this is place is for you. Pumps are horribly slow.
