Fantastic haircut ! Was greeted by the 440 appointment stylist (soklov) . She was awesome. Was a customer at North Reading location but since store closed I went up the road to North Andover. I tried a new stylist. She was great. It’s good to have a some different stylist to go to that know your style when cutting hair. I would rather have a good price in the haircut and give a decent tip then vise versa . I always tip good as I know it’s their profession and they are on their feet most of the day and work hard ! Nice job ! This hair stylist is fantastic !

Not coming here again. My stylist cut my hair way too short. I asked for like a half inch off what was initially done and she cut off over an inch. What I wanted to be a shortish wolf cut turned into a pixie cut.

Wanted wash, cut and blow dry; ended up with just a cut. Miscommunication I guess. The lady that cut my hair was very nice and listed to what I asked for.
