I hate this branch! They treat me like I'm a goon even though I always have proper identification and try to act respectfully to the staff.I prefer using the ATM over dealing with a real person every time I go here. The worst experience I had was about 1 year ago. I lost my debit card so I went to the branch to have them print a new one. The advertisements say this is supposed to be a painless process. Maybe so, but not at this branch. At first, I left my phone in the car, but I had to go back out and get it because they said they couldn't possibly help me without it. Even when I was logged into my TD account using their app, I still had the impression they still thought I was trying to defraud them. They didn't even look at my phone. I had to answer so many questions about my identity for no good reason.They said it would be a few minutes to take care of it, so I informed them I had an appointment in 20 minutes or so but it was just down the road. When I said this, another other staff member overheard me and told the teller that their card printing machine hadn't been working as of yesterday. At this point, I should have walked out immediately, but they convinced me to stay at the branch for a good 10+ minutes ensuring me the whole time that this, "isn't a waste of your time." The teller seemed to find it suspicious that I had my address printed on the back of my ID and the label was starting to wear off. I informed her that this is the proper way to legally change your address in the state of MA and that unless I wanted to pay extra for a new ID to be printed and mailed to me, it wasn't my responsibility to get the ID card updated. I'm sure she knew this already but was grasping for any reason to give me a hard time. I wasn't being unpleasant in the least bit either.They waited until the very end of the process of, "verifying my account" for over 10 minutes to tell me that they COULDN'T print my ATM card. If I let them, "take care of me," they said it would take 7-10 days before I had another card mailed to me. They didn't even advise me I'd be best off going to another branch. I really hate it when a bank isn't helpful. They also didn't even tell me if they disabled my lost card. I don't think they did. I left without saying much. All I could think was how they lied and just wasted my time validating the information they already had. Nothing had to be updated, although they made sure not to tell me this. I asked them what they thought I should do and they just said to wait for the new card in the mail.The next day after work I went to the Burlington, MA branch. They were able to print my new debit card within just a few minutes. The experience was like night and day. I wish I lived closer to this Burlington branch. Since the person working in Burlington had a good personality I explained what happened and he was somewhat surprised to hear about my experience. He checked in the system and said it didn't look like they even sent me a new card but he disabled my old card and said if I received a new one from them in the mail to just discard it. That card took about 10 days to arrive. I can't be without my primary debit card for that long.

I have always had amazing service at the North Andover TD Bank on Main Street. Tellers are friendly and very accommodating.The one individual that I would like to give kudos to is the Branch Manager, Dan Dube. He has assisted me with some issues I had and would just like to say ‘thank you Dan’!! You are a definite asset to TD Bank.

I went to the TD North on Pleasant Street in Methuen today for the first time. I waited in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me for 45 minutes trapped without being able to exit. Then, the tellers were going to charge me an unreasonable charge for a transaction. A fee that they supposedly increased but with no notice of this fee and the increase posted at the drive thru entrance or thereafter. This is the best branch of TD Bank, thanks to the tellers and to the branch Manager, Daniel Dube. After receiving poor service at the Andover branch, I went to this branch to resolve an issue with a CD that had matured. Mr. Dube handled the matter flawlessly and in record time because he knows what he's doing and because he cares about customers, unlike some other people in Andover.Good people and good service are hard to find these days but they are still available at the North Andover branch of TD Bank.
