“What a great experience we had with Ayham!!! We bought a used car for a very fair price. There were a few things we requested they fix with the car, and they delivered on all of them. When it came time to pick up the car, they met us 1/2 way at 10 pm at night, and filled the car with gas just before meeting us. We had the car inspected by our usual mechanic and he said it ran very well - no issues. The entire team at Kinsman was professional, very easy to work with and honest. We highly recommend. Thank you Ayham - we love our "new" car!!!”

“Took my Corvette to Herb Chambers 3 times for the engine misfiring..After the 3rd visit they told me it was the transmission and to take it to a transmission mechanic in Wakefield. Within 1 hr the transmission place told me it was fine. Took it to essex County auto repair. They did a tune up in one day. Car runs like new and they did it at a excellent price. The dealership should be embarrassed,they couldn't fix the car. They had it for 3 weeks.. can't say enough about essex, thank u for fixing my car.”

“I'll tell you what, if we lived in town, I'd be bringing these guys coffee every morning. We're from Michigan, and during a drive from Maine on July 11, 2023, our van let all the steam out. Even though they had 9 local vehicles lined up for repair, they first diagnosed our emergency issue with a coolant pressure check. Identifying the problem within minutes, they soon had the uncommon part on its way from a dealer. The problem occurred at 7am, they opened at 8 when I called ... we were back on the turnpike at 10am. During that time, they also repaired two other vehicles, and did one state inspection, besides completing our repair. We made it to Michigan at 11:30pm that evening, without incident. Kudos to these gentlemen for knowing and practicing great customer service!!!”

“My car 10 year old started to suddenly make a loud noise like rocks rolling around under the car somewhere. I checked the tools that came with the car and the spare tire thinking that something had come loose. After three days I decided to look for a mechanic on Yelp. This shop had the best ratings, and, deservedly so. I dropped the car off in the afternoon, received a comprehensive computerized analysis of current and potential problems. The shocks and struts in the rear of the car were replaced by early the following afternoon. Totally professional and super friendly!”

“I own a 2003 Saab 9-3convertible. I recently hit a pothole and lost my side turn signal/marker light. I bought a new light assembly but noticed I also needed the bulb sockets. I made a call to them and they said they had them. I took the 40 minute drive and believe me it was well worth it. They had the parts I needed and even gave me the correct bulbs. They also came out while I was having trouble installing everything and helped me. I was shocked when he said the price was $10 !!! I need my convertible top fixed and without a doubt I will be back for anything I need fixed in the future. Very professional and trustworthy team at Yankee garage. Top notch customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Incredible service! Blown away by honesty and graciousness of this place!
I’m usually very mistrusting of mechanics. I am from out of town and my car was making horrible noises. I was in a bit of a bind as I had to go back to NYC asap and needed the car looked at right away. I could have been an easy target to take advantage of. I was bracing myself to shell out $$$. They looked at the car and quickly found that the noise was due to tires being loose. They tightened the tires and sent me on my way. Super honest and fair. I’m very grateful and highly recommend this place!”
