Maritza is a horrible stupid person. She scanned and printed a label, then told me I needed to change the box that my parcel was in. I said no problem, I wasn't going to be able to come back today though. She insisted that if I didn't mail the package today, that I would have to pay for a new label because now that she had scanned and printed the label, the original QR code was no longer active. I calmly stated that her printing the label and then telling me after the fact that I wouldn't be able to use that particular box was not my mistake. The idiot bearded jerk sitting next to her said "Just give it to her, I don't want to hear it." As if I was saying or being anything other than perfectly reasonable and calm. I hope Maritza has a horrible life and lots of suffering, and I hope her bearded friend gets syphilis.

The postman just leaves the notice of re delivery in the mailbox without attempting to reach out to the resident for signature. The notice says “you were out…”. They cannot assume the resident is out. This is not the first or even second time that North Andover post office staff do this.

Horrid service. Not upset with staff because it's not their fault but the process is just horrible.I shipped an overnight package for $35. It was late 4 DAYS! Come back for a refund with my receipt and they give me a full page application to fill out to get this refund! What is this??? 1960s? Scan my receipt for proof and give me my money back! Instead you are forcing people to waste their precious time finding out some TPS Reports.Next time will avoid USPS as much as possible

The existing reviews aren't great and I saw for myself today why.... it's the customer service. Here's what I liked: The measures taken to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Signs for mask being required, reminders of social distancing and occupancy limitations. Here's what I didn't like: The customer service. I was appalled how I heard other customers were talked to as well as myself. You could tell that the people processing customer request did not want to be there. I get that not everyone loves their job and that is what is. However, at least be savvy enough not to make it obvious. Fortunately, this is not my normal post office and I don't have to come here again.

Absolutely ridiculous delivery service. I have mailed to the same address in North Andover, Mass from Atlanta, Georgia a dozen time and the address was never an issue. Now I am being told my priority mail package, that was accepted by my local post office, is being returned to sender because it could not be delivered.....after it was loaded on the delivery vehicle and out for delivery. Was it weather? Issues with the package? Was it just forgotten in the vehicle?? I also tried to get in contact with a person but the automated line would not connect me. This had a small, but very meaningful gift in it. Something is wrong here with the service.....absolutely ridiculous! BTW, the delivery was less than half a mile from this post office.

I drive fifteen minutes out of my way to go to this post office. This is the only PO in the area that has great customer service and kind employees.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly, so I want to give them credit for that.

I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.

I am very dissatisfied by the delivery service I received on Sunday October 27th. I live in a condo with mailboxes in a central location. FedEx /UPS/ Amazon all deliver to the actual door of the condo. During a heavy rain storm a package was left on top of the mail center and not left at my door which the postman had to drive pass to get to the mail center. The package was soaked and the cardboard was falling apart. If it hadn’t been for Jockey notifying me of the delivery I would of been returning the entire destroyed package!! Just how lazy are the USPS delivery personnel? I just moved to the area so far are not impressed with the postal delivery personal. He delivered by truck not on foot. I would like a response why he would leave a package in the pouring rain when he had to drive by my door! I find this very disrespectful !!
