Scammers. They make every customer write a fake review. I bought a 2010 mercury milan 9k in cash. They told me it was a used car only one owner no accidents. I bought a monthly warranty, 2 months later the transmission goes out. I call my warranty people they tell me they don't cover this car because it's a salvage title. Your telling me they sold me a junk totaled car? Brought it to my mechanic friend who looked at it everything was broken they never put new parts or anything. I had every right to sue. George told me they'd give me a free transmission to fix this mistake. In the process, it took 3 months, they broke the AC compressor in the process, expected me to fix it and never put a new transmission hose in. I can't believe it, I've had to buy transmission fluid daily because they expect me to pay for a new transmission hose and for the labor. When they completely robbed me. They sell junk totaled cars, the mechanics don't know what their doing, .I have proof of all of this and they will pay for what they do to people. Now this new transmission is ruined because they couldn't do it right the first time and put the new hose in. They had the nerve to act like I was lying like it was wear and tear. Right, look in my trunk and back seat with over 80 transmission fluid bottles , look at the hose with the same exact leak as the last one.. kinda looks like the SAME EXACT ONE. and they never gave a new transmission, they just took it out of another u'used" car and gave it to me. Now I'm stuck with this junk, cause I can not sell it with a salvage title.. that's why they lied to me in the first place.. they know that brings down the price dramatically. They are robbers and should lose everything.

We were in a hurry to find a good used Subaru early in November, found just the right model on their lot, and we got through the test drive, decision,m-making and sale/purchase very smoothly. They did try to upsell us on various warranties, but we don't need that. We will definitely go back to them when we need another good newish used car.

I called Advanced Auto Repair in the first place because we're new to the area and was looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop and they did not disappoint. They squeezed me in at the last second on a Saturday to take a look at my brakes and was expecting to get the car back later the following week. They called me back the same day and surprised me saying it was ready to go and charged me much less than I expected but also less than they quoted. I have to commute to Grafton for school and work and also have a big surgery coming up for my dog that involves tons of appointments in Grafton and was worried about not having a car to get her there. Super friendly employees, dependable, great folks. Will definitely take our cars back in the future!

We stopped here while looking for a car. We saw one we liked, took it for a test drive, and decided to buy it. We told them we would like to do the registration ourselves because we needed to transfer my old plates and reregister my old car for my son. We were told you can't do that. So we waited for them to do it while making DMV appointments every day so we could get the registration done almost simultaneously. After waiting three weeks and the dealer blaming the DMV for the long wait, we went to the DMV and asked why it took so long.We were told the dealer forgot something, so our paperwork was sent back, and they just kept blaming the DMV.Also, the DMV said we could have registered both. The dealer says no, so they can charge you for the service. While all this was happening, we took the car to our mechanic. The car has approx. 1000 dollars of repairs to be done. We will do that ourselves; we don't want it to go to their mechanic. These things should have been addressed before it went on the lot.So FINALLY, after contacting them numerous times, the owner got our registration. This experience was just awful !!!!!We would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend this dealer!!!!!!!! Just glad to be done with them !!!!!

Rob is the best and most honest mechanic / repair shop owner I’ve ever come across in 30 years. Takes care of my Audi, BMW, & Ford. Never tried to stiff me on parts or labor. Always quoted me lower than anybody else & always got the job done properly. Many times I didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle, I thought it was something serious and he could’ve said 1000$ Or more and I would’ve paid it , but it turns out to be only 200$.For this reason I give 5 stars & bring my whole family to this shop. One time he told me it would take 30 minutes to do an oil change and it took 45 minutes so he didn’t even charge me for it.That’s the type of guy you’re dealing with when you bring your vehicle in. Honest, hardworking, respectful, and just a genuinely good guy.Services: Electrical repair

I'll start off this review with my disclaimers. First disclaimer is that this review is quite long, but worth the read if you're considering buying from Advance Auto Sales. Second disclaimer is that I realize in purchasing a used vehicle, especially one that is over five years old, is somewhat of a risk. However, I don't think it should have been that big of a risk considering what I have dealt with in two years' time. Third disclaimer is I am typing this review two years after I have purchased the vehicle so you're probably wondering why it has taken me this long to leave a review. It's rather simple really. It's been two years of vehicle trouble and just a week or so ago, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle texted me asking me how things were. I responded to the text with a litany of what has happened in two years with no response. I then resent the text message to her personal cell which she gave me when I purchased the vehicle, again with no response. With those disclaimers out of the way, I will start from the beginning.I purchased my 2014 Ram 1500 pickup truck as my primary vehicle and to be able to haul by camper back in August 2021. Sharon was my salesperson, and she was very nice. The sale went smoothly, and they even gave me a decent deal on the trade-in of a 2001 Toyota Corolla which my son was driving. He would receive my 2011 Ford Focus. Thank you Advanced! Anyway, I digress. The first sign of trouble was when Sharon was working on the registration as I want to have veteran license plates as I am retired Navy. She mentioned some sort of trouble she was having with the Rhode Island DMV so I would have to apply for my veteran plates later. A few days later, the RI DMV called me directly asking me for some information, and I asked them why I couldn't have veteran plates right away. The woman at the DMV responded that it is no problem to give me veteran plates, and she changed the order so that the veteran plates were sent to Advanced Auto Sales. As the dealership is in Massachusetts, I gave Sharon the benefit of the doubt on this then but realizing that Advanced deals with the RI DMV all the time, I feel I should mention it here. When I purchased the pickup, I was offered a warranty called AUL Powertrain Plus that Advanced told me would cover pretty much everything in the vehicle for 60 months, 100,000 miles. I signed up for it. What I have subsequently learned was that they don't cover everything, and they pay up to a certain limit in aggregate. For instance, if your engine repairs are $2,000 and covered in one shot, that means you have $3,000 left for any subsequent engine repairs. Likewise, $1,000 for air conditioner repair, you aren't covered if the air conditioner fails again. That's in the small print which the dealership fails to tell you, but, of course, I initialed the small print, so I'll take the hit on that one, but it would have been nice if the dealership didn't rush through it all and explain that in detail. The other thing I soon discovered about the warranty, and I will definitely mention it in a review of the warranty company, is that auto repair shops despise dealing with them and will tell you so when you get repairs on your vehicles. What happens is the auto repair shop will likely ask you to deal with the warranty company because the warranty company will take a long time to approve the repair asking for all manner of information as well as photos and the like. If you're lucky to find an auto repair shop who will deal with the warranty company directly, it will still take a long time for approval from AUL. About a week after purchasing the pickup, the engine light came on. Since it was so soon after purchase, I called the dealership who directed me to their auto repair shop, Advanced Auto Repair just down the road from the dealership in North Attleboro. Blake, who runs the shop and is very nice, took care of my problem saying it was the gas cap. What I didn't realize was that there is a separate idiot light on t

I had a great experience here recently! My car was leaking transmission fluid and they got me in on the same day I called them even though they were already really busy that day. The person at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back here.
