“Pets are allowed. Big clearance section, friendly staff, plenty of sales and useable coupons if not on sale. Clean store with clean bathrooms. Usually fairly empty too, much more than fabric for Sale! I love Joann fabrics for all of my arts and crafts needs, and save hundreds a year by using coupons. Plus they offer military, healthcare and teacher discounts.”

“The people who work there are incredibly helpful and nice to talk to. I've been in there many times and never once has it been an unpleasant interaction. Whether it's something new you're getting into or maybe needs to be ordered to the store etc. they're more than happy to answer all your questions and make sure you're satisfied”

“Kyle in the Framing Dept. of the Providence store was really helpful in helping me choose a backing for my work as well as diy framing options. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer Service. Parking is easy and it’s a great Store.”

“Heaven for artists. Everything you need to buy for your project except creativity. Huge paper section. (I bought some Italian paper/prints of flowers, mushrooms, birds, etc for about $6 each that I plan to frame.) They have a huge selection of journals, too. Michaels is a consumerist joke compared to this store. Honestly, you could spend two hours here, salivating.”
