Cindy was incredibly sweet and helpful, she listened to the thing I didn’t love about certain dresses and ended up pulling a few others for me to try that I wouldn’t have thought of trying on. She was supportive without being pushy which made the experience so pleasant. I was unsure the first day with one of the dresses so I went home to give myself some time but couldn’t stop thinking about the dress and how pleasant the experience was so a retuned a few days later and tried the dress on again and even then Cindy was still so helpful and I left there feeling incredible and knowing this dress was exactly what I needed.

For those stating they weren’t aware of the deposits being non refundable, I do feel for your situation but there are signs in the store that seemed very clear to me that certain funds would be non-refundable.
