The girls who work here are so sweet and kind! I came here to get the my melody build a bear stuffed and they made it such a fun experience. I really hope emerald square mall stays around because the people who work here really make the place special <3

I have gone to this Build-a-Bear since I was a child and have always had a positive experience. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond! Today I took my 21 year old bear in to pick out an outfit. When I showed him to the employee(Jackie) they immediately offered to help restuffed and sew him back together. They were very careful with him and did an excellent job! Thank you Jackie and all the amazing staff I have encountered throughout the years!

I took my daughter there for her 1st Birthday Bear! It was a great experience. Mercedes was so sweet and kind with her. Absolutely recommend!

It was okay. 2 stars because they were out of several items despite online it said this location was stocked earlier in the day. Kind of ruined the experience a little bit as our purchase package was incomplete…was told to search at other BABs at other malls, because “online is out of stock too” and they couldn’t order for delivery to this location “because they would have to drive to pick it up from another mall themselves”…
Just re-checked and online is fully stocked; not like store associate stated ??!
Bummer for kiddo’s birthday!
And everything is an upsell; even the stuffed animal’s box that used to be free with your stuffed animal purchase…?

Best experience ever! I made the cutest axolotl for my girlfriend. It was so fun and nostalgic to come back after all these years and still have the same magical experience that I had as a child. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! Will be coming back!

My sons and I went to build a bear for the first time in emerald square mall today and I want to give those employees more than 5 stars! They were amazing, I wish I caught the lady name who help my boys with their bear but I wanted her to know she made there visit so magical and left a beautiful imagination.

went to this location a couple days ago with some friends and had a completely amazing experience.we were helped by the employee jaggy/jackie(not sure about the spelling unfortunately but the one with short blue hair) and they went completely above and beyond all the way through!! they were so incredibly kind and personable, so much that they made a group of socially anxious teens feel at ease. they even drew each person in our group a little picture on a nametag sticker, along with a drawing on the bag our bear went into :)if they are reading this: you are so cool and talentedif their boss is reading this: treat this employee well, they deserve it!!!

The woman who helped me and my fiancée today, was an absolute sweetheart. We're long distance so we wanted to do a bear that was simple and wasn't a hassle to trade off between trips to see each other. And the woman listened to us and was super sweet with how we were giving the bear its heart. She helped us so much! I forgot her name but she deserves a raise!
