I remember when the mall was a place to be on a Friday night, unfortunately times have changed. It's dying and mall management doesn't seem to be interested in doing anything about it. Good luck finding an escalator that works.

How is this place considering open??
Last week we wanted to go to a mall that we have never been before and after looking at the stores that this mall had we decided to make the 45 minute drive only to find out that 90% of the stores are closed ,out of business and only 1 place open in the food court . Soooo disappointed 😞

A lot of vacant stores. The Mall itself is clean but the temperature inside was very cool, considering it's winter.

We go here to walk and exercise with all the other seniors! Macy's and JC Penny's are only big stores left. Most storefronts are empty. Sad!

So sad.used to live near.used to b cursing the traffic every day on way home from work years ago.i would so much rather shop at an indoor mall than outside.bring it back please

I’m not sure when the pictures for this website were taken, but it sure looks like a more promising time for this mall. I travel for work and this is one of the most rundown malls I’ve ever seen in the country. There’s about an 84% closure rate of the stores located in this building. It’s going down quickly, unlike their escalators, which do not work either. At some point, you just have to pull the plug and let it die. Such a beautiful building, going to waste due to lack of management, upkeep and poor business standards. At night, you might want to bring a flashlight if you wanna see where you’re going in the mall…Huge security concern. It’s like they cannot afford the light bill because the mall is empty. I haven’t seen one member of maintenance the entire time that I’ve been here. This place could be something special, but without a care and focus on even minor improvements, it never will be. This was my first time in this area and I will definitely avoid this wasteland on my next visit. What a joke.

5* review for the shops, but not so much for the security staff.
They're highly misinformed in the legalities when it comes to service animals. Please read into and learn more through the ADA on what you can and cannot ask

Say it ain't soooo this mall is truly in the process of shutting down . The only store that's keeping the doors opened is the Macy's.
