The pharmacy staff, notably one exceptional team member, provides excellent service even during late-night shifts. This employee demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and dedication by helping a customer manage a medication issue after hospital visits, pulling a supervisor and finding a discount coupon in the process. Customers value the genuine care and communication from staff members, which makes their experience positive despite occasional uncomfortable comments about medication costs. One pharmacist is very helpful and will look for/transfer out of stock scripts to other CVS pharmacies. Unfortunately I rarely get him, usually ending up with a lady that offers zero help. She tells me that I need to call around to other CVS's to see if they have stock and then ask them to transfer my script to their store.
