We ordered online and the rented us I know it's hot parking spot with a lock so we thought it was an actual box when we got here. The mic was very courteous, took care of us. The front desk was helpful. The place is very clean. Service was great

They’re good this one of the best places but this time they forgot to put a lock inside my storage and lucky me I found only old one in the stuff I brought it was my first load of stuff, am hoping they will refund the lock they sold me and never received but other than that highly recommended them prices are affordable

If you like your storage unit outdoors with horrible gate security and your rent for the unit going up 4 times in two years (raised 60$ total), then definitely rent from here. If not I’d look elsewhere. The customer service was good but the company itself sucks.

I had a very good experience with my check in was easy to understand the contract and Mike was very nice and explained everything about the contract and unit I rented it yesterday and went there today I love that you can open the gate up by the app. So far it's a very good experience
