The ladies here are very Nice and the assistant manager, I don’t remember her name. She’s petite with long dark curly hair helped me put a large TV in my car and I really Appreciated it.

This location is well-equipped, professional, and friendly. They successfully handled printing on 11x17 100lb cardstock—a service Staples claimed to offer but couldn’t deliver. Rhiannon provided outstanding support, going above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. She made multiple adjustments to the print file and conducted test prints to ensure the final product was nothing but quality. Thank you Rhiannon!

Disappointing experience.I went around 11am on 06/23/2023, there was one FedEx employee helping a customer and another on their phone towards the side. The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some ‘self-scan’ kiosk – I stated, can’t you just scan it here? They replied scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk.I’ll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

My husband and I where in FedEx today and Chris waited on us. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He is an asset to FedEx and excellent at dealing with the public.

very bad service, younger gentleman is rude and racist skipped me when I was next in line and asked a white customer if he could help next in line
