I just purchased a Hyundai Tucson at First Hyundai and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky enough to have Dave Sacco as my salesman and he was so knowledgeable and not pushy and got me a pretty good deal! Great car and great salesman!!!

I think the owners comment to Kayleigh Williams post was lacking in compassion and far from the word "service" as you can get! BTW in order to fall in accordance to your first for life plan you say you have to have regular service appointments but Mr Owner with zero personality IT'S IMPOSSIBLE WHEN YOU CAN'T GET IN DUE TO YOUR UNDERSTAFFING AND MOST LIKELY POOR SOCIAL SKILLS

Best experience. Our salesman, Dave Sacco, went WAY beyond the Sale to help us with additional items needed to take delivery. Obviously, he looked at all things required and not just the sale.GO THERE!

PLEASE DONT BUY A HYUNDAI AND NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP ! Looking at the reviews it seems everyone is having issues with the service department booking months out . My car today became undriveable , check engine light and shaking .more than likely due to the oil consumption issue these cars have . Of course appointments are booking in February and if you have the First for Life service contract you can’t go anywhere else . Please tell me how this is okay . I have a job and a child , I need a working car . Why did I pay for an extended warranty and my car cannot be serviced . So now I’m paying for a car that essentially going to sit in my driveway for months ! With no possibility of being looked at as someone mentioned car sitting for 3 months and 20 cars ahead of them . UNACCEPTABLE! Within the 1st year of getting this car oil consumption issue and the service department can care less . On top of that I’m stuck with a car with negative equity and cannot get out of this loan . I wish I never went to this dealer and stuck to BOURNE in Easton . No issues with them for over 8 years and unfortunately made the worst mistake going to this dealer .

Just called for 65,000 mile service and I was told first available date was three months away. WOW!! When I complained, I was told that I should make my next service appointment when I am at the dealer for this service. Pretty much the stupidest thing I have heard in a long time since service is usually based on mileage and not on time. Fortunately, it is a normal service and the vehicle is running OK. Imagine if my vehicle needed major repairs to run.

This rating is for the ability to get routine service scheduled. I called today looking for an appointment in approximately a month and a half, knowing that they have been booking that far out in the past. The first appointment I was offered was almost three months away. I am in the First for Life program, but if I go to another provider for service, I will lose that benefit. I understand the labor market is tough, but I shouldn't be penalized when they're not able to provide service in a timely fashion.

I had to share my recent experience with Dave Sacco at First Hyundai, especially with everything going on in the car market right now. In 2022, my wife and I thought it was time for an upgrade. After some research and recommendations, we set our sights on the Palisade. We went down to First Hyundai the service was unparalleled. Dave Sacco was the salesman who assisted us, and I can’t praise him enough. The dealership had just received a shipment of five Palisades, and in just 24 hours, ours was the last one left. But what stood out to me was Dave’s professionalism - even with such high demand, he never once rushed us. In fact, we managed to get a price below the sticker, and the whole deal was wrapped up quicker than I'd imagined.Fast forward to today and with another little one on the way, I was already needing a bigger car! I knew Hyundai doesn't have minivans, but I gave Dave a shout to see if a buyback on the Palisade was something he’d be interested in. He could’ve easily made a quick sale, but instead, he gave me an honest breakdown of the tax implications. It's rare to find someone who looks out for your best interests like that.Buying a car is never on my list of favorite things to do, but Dave’s approach at First Hyundai makes it so much smoother. He’s flexible, super accessible, and honestly, just treats you like a friend rather than a sales. If you or anyone you know is looking for a car, I wholeheartedly recommend Dave Sacco at First Hyundai. It’s not just about the vehicle; it’s about the entire experience, and Dave makes sure it's a great one.

The car buying experience is no better or worse than most dealers. The Service department on the other hand, appears to be awful. I say appears because I am currently trying to get my 2019 Hyundai Tuscon in to address an issue with the hazard light not working. The car has only 35K miles and was recently rejected for the hazard light issue. When I contacted First Hyundai, they told I could not bring my car in until FEBRUARY 2024 - note the date of this review please as February is FOUR months away. This is completely unacceptable given that I have to fix the issue relating to the inspect rejection within 30 days. I tried to explain this to the service person I spoke to but it was like talking to a robot. So now, I'm faced with spending $$$, possibly significant money if the issue is electrical, for an item that is likely SHOULD covered by my 'best in the business" warrantee. My wife and I have bought five Hyundais over the years from this dealer. The Kona she bought in 2022 WILL be our last purchase from them.

nothing but a mismanaged waste of time over here, messed up my alignment and made my car unusable on highways. some lady at the service desk told me to come in to get it fixed only for someone to tell me they can't to that and I have to schedule an appointment days out, thanks

What service I expected based on my phone conversation with the service coordinator and what I ended up getting were very different. None of what the service guy told me happened. Instead I got the usual spiel about a 149.95 fee to investigate the problem. They did the estimate for a replacement of the eps module. I then took the car to Herb chambers Hyundai of Auburn. They did a second evaluation at no charge and found a completely different problem with a cost of 1800 less. And their repair fixed the issue. Never coming here again.

Secure financing before you go!! With a 630 score, and a co-signer with an 838 credit score, we were told 18 banks denied the application, and finally were only offered a 13.9% APR. . The next day, we received instant approval from a credit union at 6.49% - something fishy going on there. Otherwise, a good experience. Staff is nice, and knowledgable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in they wanted to sell me a call that was on a lift with no tires without a test drive. Car was gone by the next week. No big deal found another, they said it needed to go through the final inspection, and sent me a picture of it on the lift. 4 days later and only because I have been bugging them daily, I get a call to tell me there is $2400 worth of repairs to be made on the car. They will not make them unless I come in and buy the car upfront before the repairs, then it will still take another week or two to fix. The will sell it to a wholesaler if I don't buy it before the repairs. On top of that they only wanted to give me a 30 day warranty. So it took them almost a week to tell me they don't think the car is worth fixing, but if I pay for it up front they will sell it to me. UMM I think not. The Salesman Dave Sacco is just trying to get a sale and could care less if the car dies 2 minutes down the road. As long as it isn't his problem.

Of all the car dealers I went to in the Bristol County area, First Hyundai wanted excellent to deal with. They had what I was looking for in a pre-owned car at a good price. The salespeople were very low pressure, which makes car shopping much easier.

Update: 8/21- 3rd professional has now confirmed that there is absolutely no way they are completing tire rotations on my tires even though they are saying they are during my scheduled maintenance.Go somewhere else. I've been coming to them for years- Sales team is great but their service department is awful. Back when the Service Team was run by the two Ladies, it was terrific - you were in and out. Now you go in for an oil change- you're there for 2 hours and when your car is ready the Service guy is no longer to be found and it's just sitting there waiting. I had my car inspected recently and almost failed because my tires needed to be rotated- I told him Hyundai is supposed to do that with every oil change and he assured me they were not. Now I'm at 26k in mileage and I already have to replace the rotors and tires because they are now junk from their lack of real maintenance.

Don't bother bringing your car in for service at First Hyundai. It took them a month to complete a minor repair. When I called for an update after 2 weeks I was informed I would hear something from them when they had something to report - no need to keep calling. Terrible customer service and they will lie about a timeframe needed to make a repair.
