I wanted to love this place because it’s so close to my house but unfortunately my sister and I had a poor experience. We made an appointment for gel manicures and arrived a couple minutes before our appointment time. Nobody acknowledged us despite them sitting a few feet away from us. After 10 minutes, my sister asked if they were running behind. The lady said yes and it would be another 15 minutes. Very unapologetic. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.
I totally understand that things happen, however the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to greet us or let us know/apologize for running behind is unacceptable.

What exceptional customer service! I made an appointment but apparently there was confusion and i was asked to come back later. I called later to say I couldn’t because it got to be too late. They were so accommodating! Willing to stay open late and even open up early tomorrow. I have never experienced this type of customer service at a nail salon before. Definitely will go here for my nails in the future.

Best place I've ever been to on the east coast. Lana is a gem , I've been going here for over 15 years. The best there is !!!!

I went to have my toenail polish change “gel” no pedicure because I did not have time and I was charged $35 when I usually pay $55 for a full pedicure which means a pedicure without getting your toes done is technically $20 I was told I was charged $35 for the gel polish and because she cut my toenails. Unfortunately that does not make sense. So what that means is if I go in there and get a pedicure without them touching my toes it should cost $20 that is a big red flag for me. I've been here twice now. They are very careful not to overbook which I appreciate. Pleasant women (Quinn) who actually talk to the customers. These things are actually as important as the nails. Quinn does a fantastic job!

Worse place ever. Went there with my cousin to get nails filled. They started My cousins nails and another person came, they stopped doing her nails, did the other customer and only came back 50 minutes later. PAt that point my cousin left. Then they charged me 40 for a fill. Never going back.Service: Acrylic nails

8 to 10 years I've been going to see Lana , the best in the east coast!!!! I will drive 3 hours to go here. Super clean. Lana is fast and highly skilled in all new phases of nails and polish. Luv her
