“This particular Laundromax was awesome! My clothes were not only clean, smelling fresh, and folded neatly, but my dresses and shirts were in a hanger and plastic as if I had picked them up from a dry cleaners. The place is clean at all times. And the staff is always courteous which is rare in so many places. Thank you for your service!”

“Very clean, their washing machines are awesome and dryer are good. Sergio was very helpful explaing how to use the new machines. I would definately recommend to was at this Laundromax.”
“I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is absolutely the best place in all of Massachusetts for dry cleaning—it's owned by an amazing family, and you won’t be disappointed.”
“I don't use a dry cleaner very often, but Best Cleaners is a nice independent shop that does great work at an affordable price. I recommend paying the bill up front to save 10% on the total cost of their services. As a bonus, they have a convenient drive-thru to the right of their entrance.”
“honestly i was a bit nervous going to a new place but everyone there was super helpful and walked me through everything. machines worked perfectly and i didnt have to wait forever for a dryer like i usually do. the place was clean and didnt even smell like old detergent or wet clothes which was a nice surprise. i washed two weeks worth of laundry in under an hour and a half and it all came out smelling fresh. definitely going back next time i need to do a big load.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dry cleaner and the exceptional customer service I received. I stopped in to pick up clothes for an upcoming wedding while carrying my two young children, and the owner went above and beyond to help me.
Not only was he incredibly pleasant and kind, but he immediately offered to carry all of our clothing out to my car and carefully load everything for me while I managed the kids. As if that wasn’t thoughtful enough, he also gave my son a handful of lollipops, which absolutely made his day.
In a world where outstanding customer service can be hard to find, this experience truly stood out. The kindness, generosity, and genuine care shown to me and my family were unforgettable. The clothes looked fantastic, and the service was second to none.
If you’re looking for a dry cleaner that treats customers like family, I highly recommend giving them your business. This was, without a doubt, some of the best customer service I have ever received.”
“I needed a heavy duty washing machine and tried Midway Laundry--what a good experience! Everything was very clean, and the people there (perhaps the owners) were very helpful. I would definitely go back.”
“Tracy is amazing person, for starters i’ve known her for over 2 yrs and she’s on so many occasions has uplifted me with just simple conversations and excellent customer service wish you all had more like she’s an amazing human being✊🏼”
“I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A 3.5 STAR. Most of the time they are reliable, as long as you give them the time they ask. BUT, beware of white dry cleaning!! Also, THEY ARE NOT forth coming about stains they have problems with!!”
“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location and have officially changed over. Staff are really helpful & Linda has nothing but a positive attitude. It’s always clean and always machines available. Pet specific machines are a good touch as well.”

“Since my last review. About the customers parking in the handicap haven’t had any problems since. Easy in easy out each visit. Service is great, clean , and love the new look and layout”
“As its name suggests, the owner is very friendly. He told me how much time my laundry needs to dry with a simple glimpse. Very helpful! Highly recommend if you have some laundry to wash.”
“The tailor was extremely helpful. She solved an emergency for me a couple days before the wedding I was in. She stayed open late just to fix my dress. Definitely recommend getting your dress altered here!”
“Love the three women that make this place the go-to spot for laundry and convo. The only issue the number of Biden-grants that r now flooding it and the other Mansfield community spots down around 140 and the couple hotels they all at. I stopped going but if u can take a dozen languages at once, this the spot for laundry. Bring head phones”
“I always receive friendly, prompt, and professional service, whether it’s dry cleaning shirts or sewing a button on a pair of shorts. Staff always goes the extra mile.”

“Benjamin takes pride in his job. He really goes above and beyond to help us every time we come in. It’s such a breath of fresh air to see someone who is passionate and caring in this day and age ❤️”
“Went to drop off a suit I needed for an upcoming wedding. Shortly after I left Dirty Laundry, I received a call from the manager, Kia. She informed me that she had found a large sum of money in my inside pocket of my suit. It must have been in there for quite some time. I would have never missed it because I didn’t know it was there. I appreciate her honesty and Dirty Laundry has gained a new customer for life. Thanks Kia!

“All I have to say is that they are excellent. They are friendly, professional and very organized . The clothes come out better than new. Highly recommend them .”
“I love it. Really clean, many options to wash and dry clothes. A lot of space to fold. Has a vending machine with drinks and snacks. Two doors. It’s really calm too, specially in the morning. Nice owner too.”

“Very friendly mom and son duo, I really love coming here she goes out her way to help you and her son is the same way.. I've been coming here for years and they have always been so nice to me and my family”
“I have only been to a handful of laundry mats in my lifetime. This one was by far the best experience. Past experiences have been drab, hot, and I couldn’t wait to get out. This place was cool, the employees were so pleasant and kind. They seemed like they really enjoyed their job. It was very clean and bright. I will go back and I will be recommending this place. .”
“Best Taylor shop I’ve ever been to. I used to go to one closer to home but now I purposely drive to this one to get amazing service by Manny. I love his stories while we settle the bill and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Wayland for the win!”
“Eden Park does a consistently good job for a fair price. We take a lot of expensive clothes there and have not had any problems. I've even had rugs cleaned and sanitized. Several of their bad reviews have to do with customer service or tailoring, neither of which have given me trouble (I believe their tailor retired during COVID).”
“I’ve come here almost every 2 weeks and the attendant were always available .. and very good with work ethics and when I comes in it’s always clean people were doing their duty and minding their business.. recommend to guest to wash clothes here ..”
“This was my first time ever using a laundromat and I had a great experience here. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Since it’s coin only, they changed my cash for coins. Prices were affordable. The largest machine or triple washer was 4.50. I used one of their new machines and it worked great. Dryer is super cheap and actually dried everything well in 30 min.”
“the new management has really focused on making the place a lot more clean and organized, which has made the experience every week a lot more enjoyable. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the machines work great. there’s also a lot of supplies available to purchase which can be useful if needed. definitely the best place for laundry in the area”

“With my wife’s grandmother’s funeral less than a week away, I needed my dry cleaning completed on short notice. They were able to get everything done in time. There was a slight delay with a few items, but they kept their word, made sure everything was ready when promised, and even delivered it to me at no extra charge. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service during such a difficult time. Highly recommend!”
