They are never in store! Always have customers waiting outside. Was waiting outside with the shipment guy waiting to bring shipment to them. Never any contact nor do they have the right come back time when they return from break. The staff is lazy! I never had to wait so long just to buy a hat!

They didn't have what I wanted in stock but Matt willingly offered and called every store in the area to check, appreciate the effort.

Early morning at Emerald Square reveals an assortment of seniors getting in their daily walk and on a cold January morning, having an indoor spot to exercise is a real blessing. We happened to be in the area and stopped in pretty much to reminisce. The mall has not changed much with the exception that there are several store fronts with no businesses. Some are covered up with adverts (including one for a business no longer at the mall), while others promise a new business is 'coming soon'. There were a couple of stores with 'final sales' going on. Even the food court has seen vendors close shop. It made me think: if you are in the area, and need to pick up a quick bite of lunch, this may be your spot. No line and plenty of tables. There's also Bertucci's which is always nice. I was pretty excited to see a pharmacy vending machine like the one's we had in Italy. It's a vending machine with items you might need in a hurry, first aid, personal hygene, ibuprofen, allergy meds, antacids and so on. Very convenient. There is an arcade on the top level now, and lots of the old stand by shops like Hot Topic and Claire. Seriously, if you need a walk, even one down memory lane, are in need of some arcade entertainment, a cup of Joe at DD's, a look around Macy's, this really may be your spot. No crowds to deal with and much, much easier to traverse than that huge monster of a mall in PVD. Give it a go.

I love this mall! It's not too crowded and good deals and good finds! Highly recommend, less anxiety ridden. They have plenty of stores to choose from.

Small and very limited. Mostly local teams hats. I was hoping for more verity. That being said I still purchased a hat. ( stretch fit Redsox)

Sad mall with a year or two left in its life. Plenty of empty stores and lots of pop up stores with limited merchandise. Anchor stores look lonely. Sears should just close and give the employees some freedom. We have lived in the area for about 8 years and since then the mall has slowly gone down hill. Few families, mostly teens having a place to hang out. Great location and Rte 1 has all the other big box stores you can think of. Hopefully, this mall will have a second life as something else.

Like almost all malls this place has seen better days but overall not as bad as some. It has a good selection of stores and you don't feel like you are going to be mugged
